Wetende dat de regio Nazaré op een originele en adrenaline-gevulde manier werkt, hebben onze UMM's geen airconditioning, maar het zijn convertibles, ze zijn lawaaierig en oud, maar op het einde houden ze er allemaal van !!!

Incredible activity! Breathtaking place, the guide was very kind , we had a lot of fun!
A great day out with family. My 7year old Grandson thoroughly enjoyed & my Daughter & I did too, lot's of laughs along the way. We certainly went off roading over lot's of bumps, steep inclines & drops. A fab 3 hours!
At first I thought: Jeep safari in Nazaré, should not be anything special but a friendly tour to get to know a little about the city. Because... right at the first exit from the entrance the "mote" was given: it would be really special, with emotion and adrenaline, the charm of a real jeep to the old with the changes of traction in manual mode, going through incredible combed lufates! Despite the dangerous roads where we passed I felt that was safe: Rui is right, in addition to being super friendly and a great guide is indeed the best driver in the world!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!

We were told that this UMM jeep ride would be an “off the beaten path” tour. It is actually a tour of the really unbeaten path that is off the beaten path. And it was an absolute blast. Fue, our driver, obviously loves his job, loves driving his UMM and really loves Nazare. In about three and a half hours, we went from the top to the bottom of Nazare and the surrounding communities and back again while sitting (or, more accurately, bouncing around and laughing) in the back of the UMM as Fue narrated the ride and explained what living here is all about. The ride is an admittedly rough one over heavily rutted, highly vegetated, incredibly rocky terrain, but the sites we were taken to were well worth it. And Fue’s breadth of knowledge about everything we saw was much appreciated. There is a lot more to see than just the big wave beach and building at Nazare and we were able to see a lot of it because of Fue’s ability to get from place to place quickly via mountain trails. If you don’t mind a rough ride and getting a little dusty, this tour is well worth the money.
A superb experience mixing sensations, history and lots of laughter. We had a great time with family. Congratulations to our guide rui who told us the story of nazaré, who showed us secret and magical places.

Very nice experience! Beautiful places seen in Nazaré. Friendly driver who enthusiastically told stories about the town. Off road stretches were an adventure! Especially with a 30-year-old jeep. I recommend this activity to everyone!

A ride with a Jeep that already after 10 minutes got stuck in a sand dune because the 4 wheel drive did not work. We had to go on safari on the normal road o the guide drove as he stole the car. We sat with our hearts in our throats and were very relieved that we arrived alive. A horror experience.
Boa noite, o motorista fui eu, o proprietário da empresa, aceito o seu comentário mas devia ter sido mais sincera... Efectivamente cerca de 10 minutos após o início do vosso jeep safari houve um problema com a tracção 4x4 do veículo o que me obrigou a pedir ajuda para nos tirarem da areia, o veiculo teve uma avaria o que é normal tendo em conta que se trata de um veiculo antigo, de 1989. Cerca de 20 minutos depois, continuamos o tour e visitamos todos os locais que estão publitados no anúncio. Tive o cuidado de vos explicar que com o problema da tracção 4x4, para evitar outro prolema semelhante na areia teriamos de fazer cerca de 4 kms do percurso por estrada, mas depois voltariamos ao todo o terreno, o que aconteceu, dos 4 participantes ninguem discordou, pois se o tivessem feito, eu terminaria ali o tour e obviamente procederia em colaboração com a plataforma ao total reembolso da atividade. Quanto à forma de conduzir, é a sua opinião e respeito mas entre mais de 200 avaliações de 5 estrelas, ter alguem a dizer que não gosta da minha forma de conduzir é normal, afinal nao podemos agradar a todos...mas as outras 200 avaliações dizem que é excelente!!! Para finalizar, e porque gosto de ser frontal e dizer aquilo que penso, e aqui sim vem a parte que eu penso que não foi completamente sincera na sua avaliação, parece-me que a sua avaliação tão negativa também estará relacionada com o facto de após cerca de 2 horas do fim do vosso tour, de se terem despedido de mim sem se queixarem de nada, pelo contrário foi uma despedida cordial, logo solicitaram ma plataforma viator, o reembolso de 50% do tour em virtude da avaria e porque tinham deixado de visitar alguns pontos, o que não corresponde à verdade. Qua do pderiam a devolução nao se queixaram da minha condução, mas como eu não aceitei a vossa proposta porque visitaram todos os pontos agora também conduzo como se tivesse roubado o veiculo... Em consequência da avaria fizemos 4 kms do percurso constante do programa por estrada. Obviamente que quando eu vos expliquei que devido aquele problema do veiculo teriamos de realizar os referidos 4kms por estrada, se me tivessem dito que assim nao queriam, eu aceitava, mas não, os senhores concordaram! Ora, parece-me nao ser correcto depois de realizarem a atividade não a quererem pagar na totalidade, razão pela qual nao aceitei a proposta que fizeram à plataforma viator. Por isso parece-me que a sua avaliação também foi influenciada pelo facto de não ter recebido 50% do valor que tinha pago... se calhar a sua avaliação teria sido outra, mas honestamente a mim pouco me importa, pois sei como vos tratei e como realizei a atividade, e posso afirmar que foi exactamente como sempre fiz ao longo dos anos e até agora de tantas pessoas de variadas nacionalidades só para a Senhora é que presto um péssimo serviço, honestamente ainda bem, se fossem os outros 200 a dizer isso ai sim, ficava preocupado. Para finalizar so lhe tenho a dizer que se realizou a atividade tem de pagar, por isso nao foi aceite efectuar qualquer reembolso. Cumprimentos, Rui Zarro
