Ontmoet je gids in het Hotel Keihan Kyoto Grande, het beginpunt van een dagtocht door drie van de meest iconische steden van Japan: Nara, Osaka en Kobe. Stap aan boord van de comfortabele tourbus en maak je klaar voor een dag vol cultuur, geschiedenis en natuurschoon.
Stap aan boord van de bus en geniet van een schilderachtige rit terwijl we van Kyoto naar de historische stad Nara reizen. (Reistijd naar Nara: 1 uur ongeveer) Bezoek de indrukwekkende Tōdaiji Tempel, de thuisbasis van de Grote Boeddha. Maak vervolgens een wandeling door Nara Park, waar meer dan 1000 vriendelijke herten vrij rondlopen. Je hebt genoeg tijd om te verkennen, foto's te maken, met de herten te communiceren en te genieten van een lunchpauze indien gewenst.
Ontspan in de bus terwijl we de rust van Nara achter ons laten en richting de spannende stad Osaka gaan. (Reistijd naar Dotonbori: 1 uur ongeveer ) Geniet van vrije tijd in Dotonbori, de bruisende eet- en uitgaanswijk van Osaka. Probeer lokale streetfood zoals takoyaki en okonomiyaki, zie het neon Glico-bord en geniet van de levendige sfeer aan het kanaal.
Terwijl we richting Osaka Castle rijden, kun je misschien een glimp opvangen van de Tsutenkaku-toren vanuit het busraam – een iconisch symbool van het oude Osaka. (Reistijd naar Osaka Castle: 30 minuten ongeveer) Wandel door het Osaka Castle Park en bewonder de buitenkant van het historische Osaka Castle. Maak foto's van de stenen muren, grachten en indrukwekkende hoofdtoren (geen binnenbezoek). De omliggende tuinen zorgen voor een ontspannen en schilderachtige omgeving.
Geniet van vrije tijd in de stad van 's werelds beroemdste rundvlees.
Stap aan boord van de bus voor een comfortabele rit terug naar Kyoto na een bevredigende dag met het verkennen van enkele van de culturele hoogtepunten van Japan. Vanaf hier kunt u terugkeren naar uw hotel of verder genieten van de avond in Kyoto.

First thing that absolutely must be stated: Ceasar & Nishimura-san were amazing as guide and driver respectively. Ceasar was highly knowledgeable and an exceptionally skilled communicator, as a Philosophy graduate with a specialisation in Japanese Philosophy, being able to converse in such a way as to place the knowledge he was imparting within my own existing (and dare I say elevated above the normal) knowledge, made the whole experience even better. And what an experience, the guided portions informing the free time portions, with the latter being perfectly timed for both deep solo exploration striking the perfect balance of guided and solo travel experience. Encouraging but not pushing individuals and seperate groups to intermingle and share our experience with each other, creating more friends from all around the world. Certainly a day I shall not forget and Amigo Tours is now a go to for such experiences wherever I travel in the future in which this company operates. Very good. Good explanations, very history focused
I just went to Nara and. Honestly, it wasn't worth the time wasted... I liked much more other things in Japan. However, I liked to see how friendly the deer are, who make us venies if we greet them. As for the Temple, it has nothing special, but the image of the Buddha impresses by its dimension.
This is a one-day tour with a hectic schedule amongst Nara Park, Osaka Dotonburi area and Kobe Port / Chinatown. Best for any travellers who have limited time and wanting to cover 3 cities within a day. Angeles is a delightful, experienced and professional guide!! She practically knows all the best spots to take good photos and locations of the toilets at different places!! Angeles is also very helpful and skilful in taking good photos!! What’s very helpful is also that Angeles would take pains and efforts to send each of the travellers recommendations of food places and souvenirs shops including the location maps of each of these places!! Very thoughtful!!
Angeles was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. She knew good spots to visit too at each stop. A bit more time at each stop would be nice, although I understand the need to meet certain times. While seeing Kobe at the end was nice, especially for the memorial. I would say it could be worthwhile avoiding to have more time in Nara and Osaka.
It was very nice, the only thing we didn’t like is that, I was expecting to spend nice time in Osaka, I was gonna buy tennis shoes because it was pouring in Nara and I was wet, also I thought we could go in the castle, explore the museum. All we had to do is checkmark, took pictures and rushed back to the bus. Then in Kobe the bus stopped at the port where there was nothing to see, enjoy or have snack besides coffee; I was expecting to see Chinatown in Kobe, have lunch there.
