We booked this tour through Viator about two months before our travel date and received a confirmation email right away, so we had no reason to expect any issues. Two days before the tour, I reached out to the tour company directly by email and WhatsApp to confirm our hotel pickup time, since that detail wasn't included in the confirmation. I never received a response to either message. The morning of the tour came and went with no communication from the company at all. No one contacted us, no one showed up, and we had no way to reach anyone to find out what was happening. We were left waiting at our hotel with no tour and no explanation, which threw off the rest of our day since we had planned around this activity. We're now going through Viator to try to get a refund, and unfortunately that process has been slow and frustrating on its own. If you're considering booking with this company, I'd think twice, especially if you're planning around a tight schedule or a trip you can't easily rearrange. A confirmed booking should mean the company actually shows up.

Arrived on a cruise expecting for the 7 of us to meet our bike tour at 9am at the Naples Port. Luckily, my husband logged in to email and found an email from Viator sent at 3:56am that the provider had to cancel our tour. This was the last day of our two-week 30th anniversary trip. It bothers me that customers have to cancel before 24 hours in advance but providers don’t have the same courtesy….got a refund, but in my mind not worth the last minute, strolling aimlessly around Naples because of such short notice. I wonder how the reviews are so high for this company?! Really disappointing.

This unique experience was so much fun for our family and one of the highlights of our time in Naples. The e-bikes were incredibly fun to ride, and the winery was charming with wonderful hosts. Our tour guide was fantastic and shared so much knowledge throughout the experience. Highly recommend!

We came for the winery, but we fell in love with Naples on the bike tour. Max was an awesome tour guide and great person. Guido was super friendly and picked us up directly from our apartment. The wine was superb. The food was so good. And we burned a few calories! I would 100% recommend this if you are looking for some good food/wine and a little bit of adventure.

Great experience although riding in naples traffic was a scary experience. Could have done without it. Max was a great guide.

Fantastic bike ride through Pozzuoli! Alessandro is a great guide and along with the sites, he provided a history of Pozzuoli. Our stop at the Averno winery was a wonderful finish to the day! Looking forward another trip with Alesandro!

We started early in the morning at 5 AM from Whitefield Bangalore and reached Arunachalam by 915 with two Coffee stops. The roads of Tamil Nadu are amazing roads towards Hosur in Karnataka horrible you have to be mindful of the potholes on the road. We checked into Akash in near the Ramana Maharishi Ashram and also did the hiking in the Ashram. You have to be mindful of the time of all the Ashram temples, since we went January, there was quite a bit of fog in the morning, so be aware of the Safety on the bike. The temple Darshan took a lot of time despite having the ₹50 Darshan Ticket so plan accordingly when you want to visit the temple spare at least four hours for this temple visit, be mindful of the autos that charge ₹200 from the temple to the Ashram, which is just 1.5 km to walk if you have energy all and all nice right and a good visit to the temple, but it was very tiring

We are more adventure travelers instead of "vacationers" so it made sense that we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Mavin Bike Rentals in Naples/Napoli. We learned a lot and recommend the tour to anyone else that values learning and exercise. This was a great alternative to cruise ship excursions in our opinion.

Great tour! The e-assist bikes made it easy for me, a non-cyclist, to keep up with the group. Our guides, Guido and Dani, were knowledgeable and friendly. Lunch was simple, but delicious, and the local wines were great. Would definitely book again!
