My wife and daughter had a lovely tour where they saw 2 pods of orcas at the start of the tour. After Aly and Rodrigo spent a while searching for more whales they decided to take them to see some other wildlife as they know where they like to hangout. This meant they also got to see Salish sea lions, harbour seals, bald eagles and cormorants. The semi covered boat was great and protected them from the wind and rain! Aly was very informative and told lots of stories about the orcas they saw, her enthusiasm was infectious! We loved the fact that the company valued sustainability and the orcas welfare.
Fantastic time. Hailey was great with our young daughter. We saw so many whales and sea lions and seals. It was a beautiful day and a fantastic tour. Wild go again.

Get up close to these amazing creatures definitely a tick on the buckets list. The guide and skipper did everything they could to get the best out of our trip.

A semi-covered boat was booked, but it was actually an open boat. Dad was only informed via email 2 hours before the excursion started. Since we could not observe any whales, we were offered a second excursion, this time again on a semi-covered boat. However, 2 hours before the start, there was again a change to an open boat; we canceled. Very unreliable, I would not book through this provider again.

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a notification that your scheduled vessel has changed, particularly when it happens close to departure time. We also appreciate that having this occur on both your original tour and your complimentary rebooking made the situation even more disappointing. To provide some context, our vessels require a minimum number of passengers in order to operate. When that minimum is not met, we may need to consolidate tours onto another vessel type. In these situations, guests are always given the option to switch to the available tour or receive a full refund. Because bookings can continue to come in until shortly before departure, these operational decisions are sometimes made close to the time of departure. That said, we recognize that the notice provided did not work for you, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate our processes and how we communicate operational changes with our guests. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate you on your preferred vessel type and that we were not able to provide the experience you were hoping for. It was such a great experience! We've seen seven different Humpback Whales, a Bald Eagle, Sea Lions, Komorans.... Tino our Captain and Hailey our Tour Guide really cared about the animals. They always carried enough distance to not disturb them, and went still close enough to get us our pictures. Also both of them are really enthusiastic, so nothing but good vibes! Unfortunately, since we ran out and cash, we didn't where able leave a tip. So please tip them double when you meet them!

This trip was incredible. As a family of 4 from the UK we were overwhelmed with how beautiful the islands are and how knowledgeable Evan and Tino was - we absolutely loved this day out. We saw two pods of orcas, seals and sealions. It was the highlight of our trip. Booking in was super easy, great safety brief, great value for money with 4 hours on the water. We travelled with our first pod for just under an hour, it was breathtaking. Evan knew everything about the family, their history and our Captain Tino was a total legend chatting to the kids and telling us about his experiences on the water. He even showed us with great delight 'Stinky Rock' Overall, a fantastic trip and highly highly recommended. 10 stars!

This trip was amazing. The booking was last minute, and extremely easy. We left the dock exactly on schedule to begin a memory of a lifetime. 15 minutes from the dock we had Orcas in sight. Evan and Laura explained the who, what and where of what we were experiencing in a very professional yet friendly manner. We even watched an eagle do the backstroke, to wet to fly. Thank you to the whole crew for making this a tour to remember. The photos are taken by one of the boat crew, Evan. Hopefully he won't mind me sharing.

Beautiful day and scenery, fun ride with great staff - saw seals and sea lions but sadly no whales. But I have my voucher and will return!

What a wonderful experience! Granted we had a beautiful weather day and got lucky with some very active and playful orcas, so that definitely added to our day. Beyond that though, I appreciate that these tour operators clearly know and care about the individual whales and their behaviors, and contribute to research and reporting of the pods. The small boat (12 people including guide and captain) guarantees you can get front row access to these amazing creatures. The narration was informative and the enthusiasm was contagious. (there were a couple of times I might have liked less narration so we could hear the whales better, but that's my only minor suggestion). The guide even dealt with a couple of entitled and rude passengers in a calm way that kept the day fun for all the rest of us. I would without any hesitation book again with this company!
