Reis per jeep door oude lavastromen, bossen en maanlandschappen tot je uitgestorven kraters bereikt op 1.900 meter boven zeeniveau. Hier geniet u van een trekkingervaring op vulkanisch terrein, vergezeld door een Expert Gids die de levende geschiedenis van de vulkaan en zijn uitbarstingen zal delen. U komt dan in een echte lavagrot uitgerust met helm en torchan spannende ervaring die onthult wat er onder het oppervlak van de Etna ligt. De tour gaat verder met een bezoek aan een zorgvuldig wijnhuis waar de mineraalrijke vulkanische bodem unieke wijnen produceert. Geniet van een begeleide wijnproeverij van lokale variëteiten, gevolgd door een brunch met typische regionale producten, een perfect moment om te ontspannen. Great trip with Antonio. Great attention to detail, lava tubes were so neat as well as all aspects of Mt. Etna. Our family thoroughly enjoyed trip. Would Highly reommend this tour.

This was the perfect way for us to experience the great Mount Etna since we did not want to do any strenuous hiking. We got to see Valle del Bove and go inside a lava tube. Etna’s landscape is magical. Max was the perfect guide for us. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of passion for Mt. Etna. We also thoroughly enjoyed the James Taylor tunes on our ride up and down the mountain.
Wonderful staff, super attentive and punctual. Immaculate service: Staff responds quickly to your questions and are accurate in the details. Vehicles are new and well cared for. New and in excellent condition security equipment. The explanations are clear and with lots of information that help to better understand the peculiarities of the Etna region. We love the experience and recommend it.
Antonio was amazing and a great guide during the day. We learned a lot about culture and history of Etna, Catania and Sicily. Highly recommended tour!
Our guide Jacob was fantastic! He gave us LOT of information not only about Etna and the nature sorounding it! But also about the Sicilian way of life in general! Great views, good wine and great company from Poland and Brazil! Strongly recomended!

The tour begins with our pick up at the hotel in Taormina, a stop for a Coffee courtesy of the tour in addition to other mimos like water and honey whales. The second stop was at the site where the lava of the Etna stopped moving in the eruption that lasted 3 years (from 1991 to 1993). As we climbed the Etna park, our guide explained to us the importance of Etna for local cultivation and told us some curiosities about the flower Genista aetnesis, the main raw material for the production of Chanel No. 5. We had another stop to taste the wines of the Etna and taste honey, liquors and the fire of the Etna. Until we reached the highest stop accessible by car to enjoy an arrangement. In short, it was all I expected and a little bit more :) The cordiality, kindness and affection the guides led us made everything even more special.

Great tour of Mt Etna - Loved being able to see the vast lava flow fields, hike up to see the craters and going into the lava tube/cave was a great experience. Stop at winery was nice to be able to sample a few wines, olive oils and honey. Pickup at hotel was so convenient - wonderful tour guides who were knowledgeable and looked after us well. Highly recommend
