Reizigers zullen genieten van een begeleide wandeling door weelderige groene dorpen en bananenplantages op de hellingen van de Kilimanjaro. Onderweg deelt de Gids lokale verhalen, cultuur en plantenkennis. De wandeling leidt naar de prachtige Materuni Waterval, waar bezoekers kunnen ontspannen, foto's maken en genieten van het verfrissende natuurlijke landschap. Gasten kunnen ook zwemmen in het zwembad onder de waterval, als het weer het toelaat, voordat ze terugkeren via hetzelfde schilderachtige pad.
Reizigers nemen deel aan een traditionele koffie-ervaring en leren hoe koffie wordt verbouwd, geoogst, gebrand en gebrouwen door de lokale gemeenschap. Gasten zullen actief deelnemen aan het proces en genieten van vers gemaakte lokale koffie. De ervaring omvat ook een heerlijke huisgemaakte lunch, met een voorproefje van de lokale keuken en cultuur in een ontspannen dorpse omgeving.

The Materuni Village is beautiful, with its majestic waterfall and warm, welcoming community creating a truly unforgettable experience. The guided walk was filled with fascinating stories about local culture, while the traditional lunch especially the delicious banana soup was exceptional. This is a very rustic experience. It was a rainy day, so path was super slippery/muddy. Coffee extraction is done in a small house - again very native/ rustic exp. Waterfall is beautiful although the hike got adventurous due to the rains and super slippery pathway. Saw multiple folks slipping/falling on the way. The lunch exp was again in someone’s house porch- nothing fancy- traditional vegetarian couple of dishes. People were nice and it seems a way to bring business to the village.
