Vanuit uw hotel in Cusco, vervoer 1,2 - uur naar onze basis, waar het avontuur begint. Een Expert Gids zal uitgebreide ATV rij-instructies en een korte 10 minuten durende oefensessie geven, zodat u zich veilig en zelfverzekerd voelt. Begin vervolgens aan een 2 uur durende tour door adembenemende landschappen, torenhoge gletsjers, majestueuze bergen, een bezoek aan Moray en charmante Andesdorpjes. Elk moment is een kans om verbinding te maken met de natuur, de adrenalinestoot te voelen en herinneringen te creëren die een leven lang meegaan.

Moray, met zijn ronde terrassen die als enorme amfitheaters naar de aarde afdalen, herbergt de geheimen van een oud landbouwlaboratorium. Elk level was een levend experiment, waarbij de oude Inca's planten domesticeerden, ze aanpasten van de ijzige hoogten aan de warme valleien, en vice versa, alsof ze met het klimaat zelf speelden. In 1985 waren de onderzoekers door het plaatsen van thermometers op elk terras getuige van een stil schouwspel : elk niveau had zijn eigen microklimaat, zijn eigen temperatuur, zijn eigen leven.
Met meer dan 7.200 zoutpoelen, glinsterend als sneeuw in het zonlicht, staan de Maras zoutmijnen bekend om hun opmerkelijke geneeskrachtige eigenschappen. Deze Peruaanse schat is niet alleen een onschatbare hulpbron voor het land, maar ook een begeerde grondstof op de internationale markten. Gelegen in de buurt van de majestueuze Heilige Vallei van de Inca's, bieden deze zoutmijnen een werkelijk uniek spektakel. Momenteel is de toegang met ATV verboden, dus reisden we 10 minuten met ons vervoer om deze fascinerende site te bewonderen voordat we terugkeerden naar Cusco.
Aan het einde van onze tour bezoeken we de levendige lokale markt van Chinchero. Hier krijgt u de kans om te zien hoe lokale ambachtslieden natuurlijke kleurstoffen uit planten, bloemen en mineralen halen en getuige zijn van de traditionele technieken die ze gebruiken om kleurrijk textiel te maken. Je zult zien hoe ze prachtige poncho's, truien, dekens en andere handgemaakte items maken, die elk het rijke erfgoed en de cultuur van het Andesvolk weerspiegelen.

Today we have a great time on our first day in Cusco, because of this excellent trip. Amazing tour guide, nice ATV coach. We enjoy the time in riding ATV to Moray, fantastic scenery. It’s a nice way to enjoy the valley. After ATV, we went to Salineras to view the fantastic salt land, and the guide provides us lots of information. I will highly recommend this to others.
We had a great time with Cuatrimotos Cusco. It ended up just being my friend and I in our group and the tour guide was good. Here are the reasons I took off stars: 1. I felt slightly mislead. We want to Salineras first but we had to get there by car, not on ATV. Based on the description, it sounded like we were getting on ATV's first and seeing everything from there but that was not the case. We went to Salineras by car, which was fine, but I think they should say that in the itinerary. The rest of the day was beautiful and very fun riding the ATV's. 2. Our time at Moray was also pretty limited. We had to pay over 100 soles for the entrance ticket but could only stay for 20 min. I would recommend this trip but we had a ton of fun, but just wish they were more clear in the itinerary because it was different than my expectations.

I recently went on a trip to Peru with my boyfriend and 2 friends. After a lot of research, we found Cuatrimotos and we could not have been happier with the experience. The tickets were very reasonably priced (even though they do not include admission at some sites, it was very easy to purchase those once we got there). Our driver, Mario was very punctual and stopped to buy us water bottles. We went on the ATV tour to Moray and Saltmines with our tour guide Omar who was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
