Monkey & Luiaard tour chocolade en rum samples

Charlie gave one of the best tours we have had on a vacation. We sailed into Roatan and Charlie picked us up from the cruise port. From the very beginning, Charlie was flexible on options with our tour. We booked the monkey/sloth, chocolate, and rum tours and Charlie was very informative about the island on the way to the tours. He also had a beach trip included in the tours. Our family was not interested in the beach so he offered to drive us around and show us parts of Roatan the tours don't take you. We did and it was the best decision! We saw the resorts and then he took us to the more laid back side of the island. Because of this "tour", we now have decided to book a week long vacation in Roatan. Charlie was quick to let us know that if we let him know the dates of our trip, he will pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel and any where else we would like to go. We have definitely made a new friend in Roatan, Honduras!

We had a great time touring Roatan. Charlie showed us beautiful spots on Roatan and explained what life is like in his corner of the world. Interacting with the animals at the sanctuary was a highlight.

Charlie truly made our trip unforgettable. We did the monkey and sloth tour along with the rum and chocolate factory, and every moment was incredible. He didn’t just stick to a script—he took us all over the island, shared so much local knowledge, and let us stop whenever we wanted to take it all in. We honestly felt like we got the best bang for our buck booking with him. The experience was personalized, relaxed, and full of amazing memories. If you're visiting Roatan, Go Charlie are the guys to show you around. Not the cheapest we found, but his reviews were second to none and it was easy to see why. Charlie was a great host/guide. We had a private tour in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Charlie took us all over and allowed us to see everything at our pace, while taking loads of pictures for us. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Option to add extras like zip lines, glass bottom boat etc, but wasn't pushy with trying to sell us any of this. I can't recommend this guy enough. Christian was amazing! He was super friendly, discussed the history of the island and even stopped at the gas station for me to get a pastelito! I had the tours all to myself and got to hold monkeys and parrots and found some batana oil at the chocolate factory! 10/10

Very informative cultural experience ! The sloth + Monkey exhibits were my fav part ! If you’re hungry ask KHRIS to take you to his authentic lunch spot for a cheap yet flavorful meal! Book this one !!

The sloth, chocolate, and rum tour with Chris through Roatan Go Charlie was amazing. I highly recommend both. Chris was on time, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Chris so much history of Roatan along with the cultural and people of Roatan. The sloth tour has been on my bucket list of things to experience and it didn’t disappoint. Via for excursions are so affordable and reliable. Roatan Go Charlie’s Staff communicate and respond very well and fast. Be sure to go out the gates. It’s a little bit of a walk but you’ll see other tour guides as well.

Tour guide was knowledgeable of the island, the sloth and monkey experience 10/10 recommend! The chocolate factory and rum tasting were a nice touch but the monkey experience is what makes this amazing.

We had an excellent day. Go Charlie communicated effectively through the app about where to meet. (Just outside port, past security. Instructions were good, when we got there early tour guide was not quite there yet, but security and other guides were very helpful and polite. A much nicer experience than in some ports where you can be overwhelmed by touts etc. Go Charlie told us our guide was to be Clifton and on his way. Clifton was excellent, he told us all about the island and was very easy going. The drive around the around varied from ‘very’ rough roads to newly tarmacced. (Car was comfortable, but a bit run down; although you could see why with the pot holes etc!) The Animal sanctuary was great, you got in really close with Parrots, sloths and monkeys, definitely a highlight. The Rum & Chocolate factories were slightly disappointing…. More like shops to purchase. But they served their purpose as convenient stops on a circular tour of a beautiful island. Really good seeing different areas of the island e.g local, rich, north, downtown and a good size traffic jam by the port. An excellant private tour.,
