Uw tweetalige lokale Gids neemt u mee naar de meest iconische hoogtepunten van het eiland en deelt onderweg de geschiedenis, cultuur en natuurlijke schoonheid van Honduras. Je avontuur begint bij een panoramisch uitzichtpunt op het hoogste punt van het eiland, waar je een adembenemend uitzicht op de Caribische Zee hebt. Gasten zullen de luiaard, apen, ara's en nog veel meer dieren in hun natuurlijke habitat zien, een onvergetelijke ervaring voor alle leeftijden. Verken van daaruit een lokale ambachtelijke chocoladefabriek waar je leert hoe cacao wordt omgezet in handgemaakte chocolade, gevolgd door een stop bij een lokaal rumbedrijf voor het proeven van premium Hondurese rum en rumcakes. Je laatste stop is het prachtige West Bay Beach — een van de mooiste stranden in het Caribisch gebied — waar je tijd hebt om te zwemmen, te ontspannen en te genieten van het kristalheldere turquoise water voordat je comfortabel terugkeert naar de haven.

Observeer apen, luiaards en kleurrijke scharlaken ara's in een lokaal wildreservaat. Uw Gids zal fascinerende feiten delen over elke soort, hun natuurlijke habitat en de inspanningen om ze te beschermen. Een onvergetelijke ervaring voor bezoekers van alle leeftijden.
Soorten rum gemaakt op ons eiland. Bananenrum, Mango, Kokosnoot etc. Vergeet daarna niet een familiefoto te maken met een prachtig uitzicht.
West Bay is het beste strand dat we op het eiland hebben. Kristalhelder water 100% natuurlijk, je krijgt genoeg tijd om te zwemmen, snorkelen of gewoon te ontspannen, eten en drinken. Hierna stoppen we altijd bij het grote roatankleurige bord voor een foto en terug naar de haven.

Cesia was an amazing guide and gave all of her passengers the care and attention of a 5 star service. She was knowledgeable and answered any question we could throw at her. She’s an amazing human being and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
We had a great day. Our guide Phoebe was so friendly and knowledgable with perfect English. She went above and beyond to make it interesting. She took us to a local restaurant to try local food.
My family had a great time with Jiml. He was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and kept us on ships time! I would prefer not doing the chocolate tasting to have more beach time. It's really just a small chocolate store, but otherwise a good experience. I recommend.
Our tour guide was great! All of the experiences were great as well. He and my boyfriend at the time were working so hard to find the perfect place to propose. 6 days later, we are currently engaged. Everything was wonderful!
As first time visitors in Roatan, we were extremely fortunate to have booked this tour. Our driver/guide Cesia was awful, genuinely considerate and just fantastic with thorough explanations and making sure everyone was having a great time. A must do.
Ended up having a very personal experience since it was just my husband and I, and his friend that had booked that day. Cecily? (I'm so sorry for butchering the spelling) was so friendly and we had a great time with riding around the island with her. The chocolate tasting was yummy, the monkeys were fun to interact with, and the rum was delicious. Definitely recommend buying the mango daiquiri at the rum tasting place!
The whole experience was amazing! The monkeys were such fun! The chocolate and rum tastings were great and the time at the beach was relaxing. The absolutely best part was our guide, Julie! She even took the time to take my daughter on a short walking side quest at the beach. It was all lovely.
Travelled with family and even with a rough start, weather didn’t behave in the morning, we were still able to enjoy a full days worth of visiting all sites and stops!
Excellent tour with Nathan! Loved the Monkeys, McCaws, and Sloths! We tried Rum & Chocolate and beach time at a wonderful Beach club. Clear, beautiful Water! Then Nathan took a to a fabulous lunch place. Excellent food, drinks and views. Thank you, Nathan!!!
Phoebe was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable and kind. She shared in-depth about the rich culture and real life of Roatan. The monkey and sloth sanctuary was so fun. We got to stop at local shops for rum, chocolate, and souvenirs. We also got to stop at an amazing local restaurant. Wish we had more time at the beach, but our cruise line just didn’t allow enough time. Would definitely book again.
