We booked this as a last minute thing and didn’t had time to read the fine print’s based on photos posted on the booking page. Long story cut short we arrived to the airport and were greeted by the pilot and walked to the terminal where there was 3 planes Two were 13 passengers limit and we walked past them to this tiny plane and my daughter panicked and started crying that she is scared to go on such a small plane. The pilot said he might be able to swap to the other plane by it was too late as my daughter was already distressed and scared. For every one out there thinking of booking make sure you ask for the plane size as they just care about there profits and they should have more information on what they are providing. If I showed a picture of the small plane to my daughter we would have not booked it in the first place. No refund or partial refund offered even for the boat trip in Milford sound. I’m pretty shore the boat provider filled those spots.
This experience is incredible. It is far worth the cost that you can book it for. Annabelle was our pilot; she was kind, knowledgeable, a talented pilot and the best addition to our group. Once we got to the sound, we saw seals and a group of bottle nose dolphins that followed the boat twice. The views were stunning. My jaw was on the floor almost the whole experience. If you’re on the fence about booking this - don’t be. It is something that will forever make your trip to New Zealand that much better.
Big shout out to Ben and Ivan, great flight and commentary, friendly, informative, efficient and timely. Enjoyed the scenic flight and cruise around Milford sound. Food and beverages available on boarding addition to picnic availability on booking. Superb views and seating from plane to boat.
Incredible day visit to Milford Sound. The flight was just as magical as the boat tour and our pilot pointed out all of the spectacular views along the way. Everyone was very knowledgeable and it was an amazing adventure.

Worth the money. Great customer experience right from pick-up by the driver and then Rob our pilot took us on a scenic flight into Milford Sound with wonderful and informative commentary. Was fortunate to ride in the cockpit which added to the fun. Took a different flight path on our return which allowed us to see more sights. Ada and the crew on board the cruise ship were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed the cruise. The waterfall and seals were the highlights for me. Highly recommended.

What a magnificent day! After having to reschedule due to weather, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. The pick up was on time and easy to find, check in was seamless and the staff were amazing. The flight to and from Milford Sound was smooth and truely magnificent. Our pilot, Annabelle, was competent, knowledgeable about the landmarks and an excellent pilot. The cruise was beautiful and the picnic lunch good value for money. Flight back was just as stunning. I would highly recommend this trip. It can get a bit bumpy so first time flyers may be nervous but the pilots are brilliant and make you feel completely at ease.

The scenery from the plane was breathtaking, our pilot Annabelle was incredible and the cruise was a lot of fun. the captain had a great sense of humour as well.
