Ons avontuur begint met een snel vertrek uit je hotel of riad in Marrakech om 08.30 uur, geniet van een mooie rit over kronkelige wegen die adembenemende vergezichten op het omliggende landschap onthullen. Uw chauffeur / gids deelt inzichten in de geschiedenis, cultuur en tradities van de regio.
Ontdek de schoonheid van het Atlasgebergte terwijl u door de Tnine Ourika-vallei rijdt en Berberdorpen bezoekt.
Bezoek een lokale Berberwerkplaats en zie hoe bekwame ambachtslieden klei vormen, schilderen en stoken met eeuwenoude technieken die generaties lang zijn doorgegeven — een fascinerend kijkje in het authentieke vakmanschap van Marokko.
Bezoek Malika's traditionele Berberhuis in de Ourika-vallei en ervaar echte Marokkaanse gastvrijheid. Leer meer over het Berberse gezinsleven, proef versgebakken brood met zelfgemaakte boter en honing en geniet van een kopje muntthee terwijl u het uitzicht op de bergen bewondert.
Bezoek de Afous Argan Cooperative en leer hoe lokale vrouwen de beroemde arganolie van Marokko produceren met behulp van traditionele handpersmethoden. Bekijk het volledige proces van noot tot olie en ontdek natuurlijke cosmetische en culinaire producten die ter plaatse worden gemaakt.
Bij het bereiken van de Ourika-vallei maken we een stop bij een traditioneel Berberdorp. Dompel jezelf onder in de lokale cultuur terwijl je de smalle straatjes verkent en interactie hebt met de vriendelijke lokale bevolking. Bezoek een traditioneel Berberhuis om inzicht te krijgen in hun manier van leven, gebruiken en ambachten. Pas uw ervaring aan met optionele bezoeken aan een vrouwencoöperatie, waar de productie van arganolie kan worden tentoongesteld. Geniet daarna van een heerlijke Marokkaanse lunch in een lokaal restaurant met panoramisch uitzicht op de omliggende bergen. Geniet van de authentieke Marokkaanse keuken, waaronder tagines, couscous en versgebakken brood. Dit is niet zomaar een maaltijd, maar een gastronomische ervaring.
Na de lunch begint u aan een begeleide wandeling om de schoonheid van de Ourika-vallei te ontdekken met een lokale gids. De wandeling voert je door weelderig groen, terrasvormige velden en langs de oevers van de Ourika-rivier. Bereik het dorp Setti Fatma en bezoek de indrukwekkende watervallen, een perfecte plek voor foto's en ontspanning.
Terwijl de middagzon begint te zakken, beginnen we aan onze reis terug naar Marrakech. Geniet van de schilderachtige rit door het Atlasgebergte, waarbij de veranderende kleuren van het landschap een adembenemende achtergrond vormen. Je komt rond 18.00 uur terug in Marrakech en wordt afgezet bij je hotel of riad, waarmee je een dag vol natuurlijke schoonheid, culturele verkenning en onvergetelijke ervaringen in de Ourika-vallei en het Atlasgebergte afsluit.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We halen alle reizigers om 8.00 uur op bij hun accommodatie. Indien de accommodatie niet met de auto bereikbaar is, dient de klant ons een ontmoetingspunt ter beschikking te stellen. De klant zou ons een eigen ophaallocatie in Marrakech kunnen geven. Vanaf Airport Rak: De chauffeur wacht bij de uitgang van de luchthaven, houdt een naambord vast en stuurt u een bericht op WhatsApp. Privéadres: De chauffeur wacht voor het gebouw op u en neemt telefonisch contact met u op.

Great value for day trips. We were in a group of 10 which meant that we had a private tour and it was a relaxing trip to Ourika valley and separate lunch for us to decide. Some tours include lunch at an expensive rate. Well worth it and we booked directly at the hotel kiosk which happened to be half the price of what easyjet reps were quoting.

We had an amazing trip to the Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley with Hakim as our driver and guide. He was very attentive, friendly, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. We have gone canyoning in the Ourika Valley and the experience has been good despite the difficulty the ravine had. We have gone with a school group of 16 years and it is true that we must be careful when hiring him because of the diversity of level of students. As always these days, we have gone with our driver Hakim who has been attentive at all times picking us up at the door of our hotel and taking us where we asked. Very good experience

The excursion to the Ourika Valley in the Atlas Mountains was a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Our guide and driver, Hakim, is very skilled and handles the heavy traffic extremely well. He speaks both French and English and answered all our questions about the excursion, their way of life, religion, and the philosophy of Moroccan culture. We visited Berber houses and a pottery cooperative. Later, we were accompanied by Ahmed, whom we nicknamed “the black goat,” who guided us to the waterfalls at 1,600 meters altitude and took very beautiful photos of us. I highly recommend this excursion; it is not tiring.

We had a very nice time our tour guide was a great guy, friendly and helpful. I personally enjoyed the camel rid and the Argon market he took us to. The fees was reasonable and we took from 9am to 17pm .. the weather was on our side so it was not to hot.. and the crowd size was moderate.. we had a good time.

Journey takes about 7hrs. Hakim was patient with us and showed us the sights. Ourika valley was lovely but with the price paid lunch should have been included
