Momo was on time and very friendly with a great knowledge of Marrakech. We did the tours without rushing, and he was able to answer our questions. We were a group of about ten people. He was professional and kind. I recommend it.

The service booked was "Cultural visit of Marrakech Bahia Palace and Ben Youssef Madrasa" but the entrance tickets for neither the Bahia Palace nor the Ben Youssef Madrasa were included in the price. Only the guide was included. It's a scam, because if you can't enter the monuments, the guide has nothing to show us.... I had to pay for my entrance on site to be able to access the service already paid for. Furthermore, we did not have time to visit the Ben Youssef Madrasa so the service was not fully performed. I am therefore requesting a refund.
C est honteu de dire ca Surtout tu as fait la visite avec le guide et quelques personnes. Surtout la visite etait tres bien passé en plus le guide tu as explique que les entrees des monuments ne sont pas compris dans le prix de presentation Plus de ca A pres la visite de palais Bahia tu as decide de ne pas visiter la medersa benyousef car tu as un rendez vous avec ton copin a 13 :00 Donc Svp soit honnete Et si tu veux en peux suite la logique Tu as paye 15 euros pour la predation Le prix d entree au palais Bahia c est 10 euros Et le prix D entree a la medersa benyousef c est 5 euros Donc le totale des entres c est 15 euros Dons ce cas le 15 euros Que tu as paye c est Que pour la prestation de la visite culturel Et en plus tu veux Que l agence te paye les entrees des monuments en plus Dons ce cas c est toi Que tu veux arnaquer l agence et le plate forme L
Easy to book and find meeting point in the Medina . That’s where it becomes confusing as everyone is trying ti find their guide . So much easier if the guides wore bigger badges and had signs to say which tour and language . The tour itself was fun and informative , the guide being witty and engaging with all nationalities . It’s a walking tour so bring a hat in the heat and an icy ice cold beverage with your camera . Marrakesh is beautiful , full of history and well worth having a guided tour of its amazing places .
