This was a great way to get your feet wet in the Medina. I believe where the guide took us was on the less touristy side. The best part was we didn't feels pressured to buy anything. Great Tour!
This was the perfect way to begin my adventures in Marrakech! My guide, Omar, was outstanding—his knowledge of Marrakech and Morocco was truly impressive, and his passion for sharing the city's history, culture, and traditions made the experience unforgettable. Omar gave me a genuine insider's perspective, taking me beyond the typical tourist experience. He introduced me to some of the best local shops, where I learned about traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. We visited an apothecary with an amazing selection of locally grown herbs, oils, and natural remedies, and I discovered beautiful handcrafted Moroccan lanterns while learning about the artistry and skill that goes into making them. One of my favorite moments was visiting a shoe workshop, where we met the artisan creating beautiful shoes by hand. He also helped me find fresh, delicious food that was perfect for enjoying while exploring the city. Every stop felt authentic, thoughtfully chosen, and added to my appreciation of Marrakech. I left the tour with a much deeper understanding of the city, its people, and its rich culture. Omar's kindness, expertise, and genuine care made the evening truly special. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Marrakech—it is an exceptional introduction to this remarkable city.

This was a great walking tour. Huge thanks to Mo, our guide. He was engaging, funny, interesting and very knowledgeable - we asked quite a lot of questions! The time passed so quickly (2 hours) and thanks also to him for suggesting somewhere nice to eat.

Mohammed was a great tour guide, lots of authentic knowledge, laid back style, very good English, I would thoroughly recommend, but suggest you give him a good tip as I can't imagine that he gets very much of the cost (although he didn't say that so have no idea) George

After a long day, we asked Mohammed for a shortened tour which he duly obliged. With excellent English and American accent we had a city tour from a perspective of a civil engineer! Not too many dates and historical facts but fascinating. Excellent. Many thanks.

Mo took us through many of the back alleys to show us areas we probably would never have seen. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Would def recommend this tour.

A very interesting and enjoyable experience thanks to our guide, Mohamed Benabad, who was superb. Interesting, engaging, knowledgeable and humorous he made the 2 hours fly by. He took us through the souks and beyond into the medina showing us the ovens and bakers and all the other trades, some of whom are still employing traditional methods. Very informative and I would highly recommend.

Very nice gentleman who called us because we could not go to the appointment to make the visit. Passport forgotten on board the plane, Easyjet airline did nothing to return it despite the details of where it was on the plane. Sorry I couldn't make the tour for that reason. Nor to have been able to enjoy our holidays for that matter, because the airline did not do its job well.

Sadly, our Guide Oussama was a bit of a disappointment. When he was paying attention to us, he was knowledgeable and interesting, but he spent most of his time on his phone texting and talking to friends and family. We had scheduled a tour of the night market and mosque, but when he realized that we did not plan on purchasing things from the vendors that he took us to (we are assuming that he gets a kickback), he was done with us and ready to get us a Tuk-Tuk and send us on our way. When I reminded him that we were supposed to go the the Mosque as well, he looked at me and said, "oh" and begrudgingly took us. In the past we have always had excellent experiences with Viator guides so I think that this was just a bad guide.
