Marrakech : Agafay : 2 uur durende buggyrit door de woestijn en het meer

We booked a small group buggy tour in Agafay, and fortunately, we were the only ones, which allowed us to drive dynamically, as we wished. The rolling desert landscapes are very beautiful, and the driving experience is excellent in buggies that are limited to 60 km/h, but the torque is available and allows for enjoyable driving! A special mention for our guide Khalid, who was very kind and very professional in pointing out tricky passages; safety was optimal even at the highest pace; the discussions were also very interesting, we highly recommend it!

My overall experience today wasn’t as what I expected. Reading the details about the trip it stated helmet and goggles will be included. I wasn’t given a helmet and when I asked for one for both me and my daughter I was told there is none. We went on with the trip and believe me DUST was a real problem. Getting all over my face and head and when we reached the break we saw another group who were provided with helmets and you could see the total difference between us. We were apprehensive about the second part of our trip through the desert whilst the other group was excited to carry on. Another thing is my daughter is 18 years old. I booked for 2 adults (myself and daughter), when I said she will drive the after break is done, the guide told me she can’t as she’s not an adult. We went back and forth over this and I showed him the booking stating I’ve booked for 2 adults therefore she’s able to drive just like I am. Not that it matters but I did say she’s a full uk licence holder so she’s fine. Overall it wasn’t the best but I believe had helmets been provided it would be a very good day out

It was better then I expected.From the Camel ride to riding the quads and seeing the sunset just in time. The entertainment afterwards was great also. We had an amazing experience. Thank you!

The staff is absolutly kind and took care of us all the time. The pick up finally was schedule for 16.30h and we arrived around 17.15 to the farm in a private car with other couple. We did first camel ride for around one hour, then took a tea and 45 minutes of quad. The dinner was good with a funny spectacle. We leave the farm at 21.30h. I highly recommend it but it is not a fancy place if you are looking for something luxury.

We did the quads and camels and it was a great time. We had a shared transfer to the location bur private guided activities. I was too afraid to drive my own quad so I rode on one with my boyfriend. The guide was always looking back to check on us and the times we were on the road he made sure to stop traffic. He also offered to take plenty of pictures and videos! Before ending the quad rides we waited at a little tourist village of some sort. They had bathrooms, sinks to wash your hands, and some drinks and snacks. He even brought over a cute little goat to pet and feed. After the quads we were taken to camels and got to ride them around for a while. The guide told us more about the desert and the Berber people who lived in the area. Once the camels were done, we waited in a decent sitting area outside for our transfer back.

We booked our trip very late night for very early morning for the next day, without any hope. But everything was perfectly organised, manager was always in contact with us. driver arrived at exact time. What we specially liked: 1. they do now offer any additional staff that we do not need, just pick up, camel ride and back, no shops no cooperatives to buy souvenirs, nothing like that, just pure perfect service. 2. Blue color outfit and scarf will be provided to have beautiful pictures, stopping in best locations to make pictures you 3. Small groups, we saw maximum 4 camel at one run, nice and private and safe 4. All team amazing and experienced photographer ( at least the guys we met) All Pictures was aaaaamazing! 5. Camels treated with love, guys hug them, kiss them always, camels part of the team they do not struggle. 6. Manager was constantly always in contact by WhatsApp if we need anything, quick and easy solving any request. We already recommended and shared contacts with other tourists in our hotel, happy to recommend !) Just do not have high expectation about desert, as it's not sandy desert as you might imagine, it's just stones not sand, to be able to see real sand desert, you need to drive far far away. Here just memorable amazing pictures and nice time with camels.

We spent a great afternoon riding a quad bike in the middle of the unbelievable landscapes of the Agafay desert. A feast for the eyes, thrills, everything to please. We were taken care of from Marrakech by the owner of the quad bike himself, who is of a remarkable kindness and patience. I can only recommend to Thousand percent. Thanks again!
