Wij zijn een riad, het oude Marokkaanse vertrouwde huis in de medina. Als je in een riad loopt, lijkt het op een flashback in de Marokkaanse traditie. Dankzij onze kookervaring gaan onze gasten naar de traditionele Mellah-dekkingsmarkt waar we alle ingrediënten voor onze kookles kopen en zoals in een traditionele Marokkaanse familie zullen we samen met onze chef-kok Aicha koken en ze zullen de geheimen van de Marokkaanse keuken ontdekken en cultuur. Op verzoek hebben we glutenvrije en veganistische opties Na maximaal 1 week onze chef ontvangen zij alle recepten per post

My husband and I highly recommend this cooking class! We ended up being the only two people that had registered, yet they did not try to reschedule or cancel. Chef Aicha is amazing! She is a gifted chef and teacher. My husband never cooks, but he enjoyed himself immensely, learning new skills. The food was the absolute BEST we had during our 5 day stay in Marrakesh. The staff at MONRIAD made us feel welcome and at home.

We participated in this cooking activity with friends and had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and very pleasant from start to finish. We learned new techniques while having fun and sharing an excellent meal together. And we left with the recipe, a big thank you.

A truly authentic and engaging experience! The lesson is led by an extremely skilled Moroccan cook, who passionately shares all her knowledge: a true master!! Even for those who are not familiar with cooking, the course is simple, clear, and very educational. Additionally, I discovered secrets of Berber tradition that are rarely found in typical Western cooking classes. Highly recommended!

For a bachelorette party, we participated in the cooking class taught by Aicha. Ismail took us to a local market to do the shopping. There were 11 of us, and we learned to make chicken tagine with preserved lemons, olives, and a typical Moroccan dessert. It was a friendly moment with a genuine transmission from the chef about the methods and recipes. The riad is very beautiful and well-maintained. Book with your eyes closed! The best tagine I have ever eaten in my life!!!

UNFORGETTABLE! This cooking class with Aïcha & Ismail was just amazing, a timeless moment! We start with a welcome Moroccan tea, then leave for the local market with Ismail to shop for lunch. There we were able to buy spices and other things, then we went back to the Riad to prepare the meal. Aïcha was waiting for us to pass on all his knowledge to achieve the best couscous tagine! An incredible moment of sharing. Finally, the tasting time... Unsurprisingly it was EXCELLENT! I recommend +++++++ We were 11 girls for an EVJF, great activity!

A blissful experience! First shop all the ingredients in the local souks. Later, chef Aīcha showed us how to make a delicious and authentic Tajine and couscous. Definitely recommended! Fam. Donne Buttocks (B)
