Verken pittoreske middeleeuwse dorpjes diep in het Provençaalse platteland tijdens deze tour door de Luberon regio vanuit Marseille. Reis per minibusje met uw Gids naar de Luberon dorpen Lourmarin, Gordes (alleen fotostop) en Roussillon. Dwaal door de bruisende openluchtmarkten (afhankelijk van de dag van de week) en struin misschien door de kraampjes voor souvenirs. Leer hoe lavendel — het symbool van de Provence — wordt omgezet in luxe essentiële oliën en schoonheidsproducten en maak van half juni tot half juli een fotostop bij de Abdij van Sénanque om de prachtige lavendelvelden in volle bloei van de Provence te bewonderen.

Small group, very nice atmosphere while traveling, some solo time to explore, beautiful villages. Great
I was picked up in Marseille by the driver/guide, Leanna, who was friendly and informative throughout the day. We drove to Aix to pick up the other travelers and then spent the day exploring the various towns and markets on our own. The people on this tour were a very nice group and we chatted and enjoyed each other’s company all day. Leanna also stopped at a lovely lavender field so we could take some photos, which was a nice bonus. It was a long, very interesting and enjoyable day.

Tomas was very interesting and knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting and the history of the region. The towns we visited were beautiful but it was a rare, very stormy day.

Luberon Valley was an area full of charming hilltop towns, incredible landscapes, gastronomy, and historic sites. Pepe was a 5 star guide who was informative with expressive descriptions. It was a long day but worth the adventure.

We joined a tour that visited some of the most iconic and charming villages in Provence. Given my lack of familiarity with the area, we found it challenging to navigate on my own, especially with unexpected road closures due to construction and the difficulty of finding parking in these small villages. This guided tour was a great choice. It allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of Provence without any hassle. It was an enriching day that gave us a deep understanding of the region.

We had an excellent tour! The pick up location was easy to find and our guide/driver Caroline met us at least 15 minutes beforehand. We were given interesting information on the 4 villages were visited, they were all charming and had their own distinctive features. We were only five people so it was great not to be overcrowded! The tour timing was perfect too, we had the enough free time in each village.
