Deze tour is speciaal ontworpen voor cruisepassagiers en zal u het beste van Marseille laten zien, met gratis ophalen en afzetten bij de cruiseterminal van Marseille. U ziet de belangrijkste hoogtepunten van de stad: het Mucem-gebied (museum), de oude haven, het Palais du Pharo, de Vallon des Auffes, de corniche Kennedy, de Notre Dame de la Garde en de nieuwe wijk Joliette (Docks Village, Terrasses du port met veel winkels). U komt ook langs enkele steegjes en plaatsen die alleen de inwoners van Marseille kennen. En dankzij uw elektrische fiets hebt u meer energie over.

Wacht alstublieft op uw schip, uw gids zal u daar op het aangegeven tijdstip ontmoeten. De vergadertijd kan wijzigen, u wordt 1 dag eerder geïnformeerd. BELANGRIJK Lastminuteboekingen (<24 uur) moeten bellen/sms-en/mob-nummer +33 782 007 347 om de beschikbaarheid te bevestigen. • Als er niemand op het verzamelpunt is, kan de chauffeur iets te laat komen. U kunt bellen naar +33 782 007 347 en u moet nog minstens 30 minuten wachten voordat u het pand verlaat voordat u om terugbetaling vraagt. • Er kan geen restitutie worden verleend die groter is dan het betaalde bedrag. Aan het einde heb je de keuze om te blijven en tijd door te brengen in de stad en vervolgens een gratis shuttle terug naar het schip te nemen of onze gratis shuttlebus te nemen die later op de middag teruggaat naar het schip (retourtijd wordt aan het einde gegeven van de rondleiding). Geen restitutie als onze shuttle terug niet wordt gebruikt

- Op de cruiseterminal wordt u opgewacht door een chauffeur met een bord 'E-Bike Tours’. Trek er niet op uit, maar wacht bij uw schip. Exacte verzameltijd wordt u 5-3 dagen voor de tour toegestuurd.
- U moet weten hoe u moet fietsen, want u doet vrijwel niets anders.
- Fietsers moeten langer zijn dan 1,45 m en minder wegen dan 120 kg.
- Kinderen moeten ouder zijn dan 12 jaar om op hun eigen fiets te kunnen fietsen.
- Kinderen dienen te worden begeleid door een volwassene
- Als kinderen van 10 jaar of jonger groot genoeg zijn (1,45 m), mogen ze ook fietsen nadat hun lengte is gecontroleerd.
- Deelnemers moeten niet bang zijn om met veel auto's door drukke straten te rijden in de directe omgeving.
- Deze tour is alleen mogelijk vanuit de haven van Marseille.
- Omdat we veel tochten op verschillende tijdstippen in de ochtend beginnen en u samen met andere mensen in een groep wilt rijden, stuur ons dan een bericht met de namen en het nummer waarmee u van plan bent om mee te rijden. Wij zullen ons uiterste best doen om er een geweldige dag van te maken.

It was our first time in Marseille. We took this tour when we first arrived and it was a great way to explore the city. Our guide was very nice as was the rest of the staff at the bike shop. The shop has a small bar that sells drinks, snacks and artisan items. Although this tour includes an electric bike, there are times that require some physical exertion. There are some hills especially towards the end.
This was a very active experience for our family of 6. We had a late start to this tour due to the pickup from the cruise terminal but our actual e-bike guide was very responsive and hospitable. Our grandsons got to take a quick swim at a beach along the bike route which was an unexpected plus for them. One of the bikes was not very operational so the guide switched bikes to eliminate that situation. We saw a lot of this busy city. There was time on the road and time on the designated bike routes. We stopped several times to see some of the sites. This was a fun experience for us on a very hot day at the end of June.
Great Tour, M was awesome navigating the streets of Marseille and was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city.
We had an amazing day going through Marseille on E-Bikes!! My husband is turning 66 and I’m 64. We found it a bit challenging, but we did it! I’m so glad we did! We saw much of the city and got some exercise! Our excursion was a for hour half-day tour in the AM, and I think that is best.
Our overall evaluation of the tour is very positive. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and easy to talk to, which made for an enjoyable experience. My only feedback is that more attention should be given to less experienced riders, with periodic check-ins to ensure everyone is comfortable and keeping up. I would also recommend noting in the tour description that participants should have experience riding in urban environments. Two individuals in our group struggled due to limited familiarity with e-bikes, city riding conditions, and the steep climb to the Basilica.
Henk was our guide on our e-bike tour and he was very thorough in giving us great explanations/history of the places visited. It is a great way to see the city. A little scary maneuvering through some of the streets/traffic, but still great tour!
Highly recommend. This was 3 hours of riding but we got to see everything! The guide (M) was SO knowledgeable. This was the best way to experience Marseille.
Great tour! Super organized with bus pick up to take you to the bikes and back. Stories were great and trip at a good pace. Storage pouch in your bike for your “stuff.” Had some time to self explore/ not too much or too little.
This was a great experience. Best time we’ve had in Marseilles despite the record heat. M was a great guide. Cycling was very safe and we went to some beautiful sites.
Great ride! They sent transportation to pick us up at the cruise port and take us to the bike shop. Louis, our English speaking guide, was awesome. He took us all over the city. We were a party of 6 that had an amazing time. He gave us a guide but also gave us options to stop and have some drinks. We loved it. Highly recommended!!!!
