Onze tours zijn gericht op de eerste keer en nieuwe peddelaars. We gaan op uw snelheid, zodat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken over uitgaan en uitgeput raken. Pak een vriend en kom mee voor een uniek avontuur op de #1 - beoordeeld Eco-Tour door het mangrove ecosysteem. Kies uw kajak - enkel of dubbel - en glijd in ons ondiepe heldere water over sponzen, grasvelden en zanderige plekken. Als je naar beneden kijkt, zie je misschien een kleine verpleegsterhaai, schildpad of pijlstaartrog, of kun je dolfijnen en lamantijnen observeren. Boven water vestigen reigers, pelikanen en visarenden zich op de mangroven en jagen op vis. Hoewel er geen gegarandeerde wildwaarnemingen zijn, zien we altijd iets cools in dit unieke ecosysteem van estuaria dat direct voor de achterdeur van onze winkel begint.

Everything was really great. We had good weather. We were paddling against the current on the way in and Against the Wind on the way out , but none of it was particularly difficult. Unfortunately we didn't see much wildlife, no manatees sadly. But you can't predict these things and just being out on the water was still delightful. Keith took us to a swimming hole where my son got to jump off of a mangrove tree branch a couple of times into the deeper water. Well worth it!
Even though the manatees were elusive, our trip guide, Matt, still made the trip fun. We paddled through a mangrove tunnel and saw the beauty of the "walking trees" and all they have to offer. We watched a cormorant dive for fish and baby green herons jump on limbs.
This was a highlight of our trip! Kayaking in the mangrove tunnel was great! Loved that we could jump in and cool off under the trees. Our guide was wonderful and you could tell he really enjoys what he does and loves the wildlife. We even caught a glimpse of a manatee. Highly recommend this for families. Our teenage son and 11 yr old were in one kayak together, and my husband and I each had one of our smaller children in our two person kayaks. Was great for all levels of experience.

Bring bug spray for the mangrove tunnel!! Matt was an amazing instructor & had tons of information about wildlife around!

It was a very convenient kayak trip. Easy to do. Our guide, Brittany, was very helpful and informative. It was very interesting kayaking through the mangroves and sing the sights.

Great tour. Seen a lot of wildlife. Keith was very informative and did a great job showing animals we missed and explaining info about them.

For our first time in the Florida Keys we knew a kayak tour was a must. So glad we went with Paddle! Our guide, Ryan, was stellar and provided so much information. The route was easy to navigate and Ryan took the plot twists of conditions in stride. Sadly we didn’t see any manatees but we are in their home and on their schedule. Saw many other cool birds and wildlife though! Don’t forget your water, sunscreen and bug spray! Thanks for this great family outing!

Tour was great. Seen a lot of fish, crabs, birds, and more. Keith did a great job guiding the tour and explaining the wildlife we seen and pointing out a lot we would have missed without him.

This was a wonderful experience. The kayaking was not difficult, and the scenery was amazing. We didn’t get to see wildlife. We went in late June. My husband and 4 year old shared a kayak, and the little one did great. No issues. My 17 year old loved it.

Wildlife can be unpredictable, and while we can't guarantee sightings, every paddle is a little different. Paddle Mangroves and Manatee Tour was amazing! My husband and I are seniors who enjoy canoeing and kayaking who ended up in a family of 5 with three teenagers along with our guide Britney. She quickly learned our names and we started the tour on the dock where she coaxed nurse sharks that were living by the cast off area. At no point did we feel to have less ability than the younger people in the group. Britney was great in giving tips on the best place to paddle that would consume the least amount of effort based on the water’s current. She communicated safe practices and seemed to be always present when we needed her! I had a mosquito on my face and she was there with spray. When there were birds or fish to see she was there to point them out. When there was another family, not in our group, but who did not know they needed spray she stopped them and supplied bug spray because they needed it. Britany knew where the Green Heron fledglings were and pointed them out quietly so that everyone in our group could see them. Most importantly she heard that jet skiers were coming into the tunnel we were paddling in and made sure she would be first to see them in case they continued coming in to where we were. It did not happen but she was ready to protect us if they had. I cannot say enough about Britney - we had a 5-star experience!
