Halve dag snorkeltrip op riffen in de Florida Keys

Ga met ons mee snorkelen bij enkele van de mooiste riffen in het Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary en Pennekamp State Park. We hebben veel mogelijke riffen om te verkennen: Melasse, Elbow, French Reef en de beroemde Christus van de afgrond op droge rotsen. Deze beschermde gebieden bieden de mogelijkheid om schildpadden, gevlekte adelaarsroggen, murenen en een verscheidenheid aan verschillende vissen te zien. Deze bijzondere riffen maken deel uit van het op twee na grootste levende rifsysteem ter wereld en het ENIGE levende koraalrif in de VS. We stoppen op twee verschillende locaties op het rif. Elke stop wordt bepaald door de kapitein op basis van de omstandigheden van de dag. We kunnen geen specifieke site garanderen. We bieden ook duiken aan tijdens onze reizen. Om de hoeveelheid plastic voor eenmalig gebruik die in onze oceanen terechtkomt te verminderen, raden we aan om een herbruikbare waterfles mee te nemen. We hebben waterkoelers in onze winkel en op onze boten voor uw gemak!

Horrible experience! Totally scammed!
This was such a relaxing opportunity to get out into the ocean to explore the Christ of the Abyss reef and Horseshoe reef in John Pennekamp State Park. Captain Brad and Scuba Joe were amazing hosts and captains and instructors. They watched out for everyone's needs and safety - while entertaining their guests.
Great crew. I think our captain was Katie? I had issues with my own gear and she was extremely helpful and patient. The trip was fun and we saw some nice coral and a variety of fish. Good experience

Amazing!! We ended up going to the mangroves due to large waves and strong winds at the reef, but it was still an incredible experience. The guides are funny, and the water is beautiful. Definitely worth it!!

This is a MUST do. Captain Katie and Liber were amazing! Super knowledgeable, helpful, funny; just a winning duo. I swam out to see Christ of the Abyss, breathtaking. The many species of fish, corals, and other sea critters were awesome. It is 100% worth the cost (which to me was super reasonable for what we got), you snorkel at two locations. Truly special. PS. For my friends out there who get nautical nausea like I do. Don't worry! Captain Katie knows some tricks to help ease it! From her ginger chews, to the ice water down the spine (it really worked!), to singing w me (singing curbs the gag reflex). Color me impressed! The captain knew every word to F.U.N. and Ripped Pants from Spongebob! That alone is worth five stars in my book! Thank you Captain Katie, and thank you Liber; good call tossing me that floaty noodle. Turns out I'm not much of a mermaid lol.

We took the 8:30 tour after reading that conditions are best earlier in the day. Captain Brad and Joe worked hard to ensure we had a good time. They are obviously knowledgeable about the area and keen to make sure both the reef and their guests were kept safe. We stopped at two points and were out for about an hour at each one. The sea life was plentiful and varied, particularly at the first stop. We were lucky enough to see an eagle ray glide underneath us. A great way to spend a morning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
