Het esthetisch verwrongen en ingeweven gebouw lijkt op geweven stof en bevat een auditorium met 150 zitplaatsen, een onderzoeksbibliotheek, een boekwinkel en een terrascafé waar lichte snacks worden geserveerd. Het Berbermuseum, ingehuldigd in 2011 onder de Hoge Bescherming van Zijne Majesteit Mohammed VI, koning van Marokko, is gehuisvest in het voormalige schildersatelier van de kunstenaar Jacques Majorelle. Het presenteert een panorama van de buitengewone creativiteit van de Berbers (Imazighen).

Our driver, Rachid, was punctual and courteous in our voyage to the Majorelle Garden and St. Laurent and Berber Museums. It was easy to coordinate pick up from our villa and he was able to drop us back off after we were finished. Going the extra mile, he even recommended a lunch spot for a part of our group who said they enjoyed their meal! This self-guided tour took about 2 hours, which was just enough time to appreciate the sights and sounds of the Majorelle Garden. and the YSL museum. We went early in the morning so the crowds were not particularly dense.

One day in advance we received a message via Tripadvisor. The Berber Museum was temporarily closed. It was suggested to give extra time for shopping. We didn't go into that. There has been no further compensation for this admission ticket. Communication with the driver was smooth. Appointments for pickup were correct. There was no water in the bus, while this was in the description. Jardin Majorelle was very nice and worth visiting. The YSL museum was previously limited. You'll get through pretty quickly.
