Treed in de voetsporen van 's werelds beroemdste tovenaar en geniet van een verfrissende fles alcoholvrij Butterbeer, een drankje dat beroemd is geworden door de film. Het bestaat uit cream soda en botersiroop, en je zult niets anders zoals dit in Londen vinden, behalve tijdens onze tour! Bekijk de gebouwen waarin het Ministerie van Toverkunst is gevestigd, loop door de ondergrondse barrières waar Harry en Arthur Wemel doorheen reisden tijdens hun bezoek aan Londen, ga op de brug staan die is opgeblazen door Dooddoeners en loop door de echte Wegisweg! De tour is gevuld met leuke weetjes en filmreferenties en neemt je mee naar alle locaties die de iconische boekenreeks hebben geïnspireerd, evenals alle locaties die in onze stad worden gebruikt voor filmopnamen. Dus of je nu een Griffoendor, Zwadderich, Huffelpuf of Ravenklauw bent, pak je toverstokken en ga mee op een magische wandeling door het Londen van Harry Potter!

Borough Market werd omgetoverd tot het decor voor de ingang van de Lekke Ketel. De bruisende sfeer en historische architectuur van de markt voegden een authentiek tintje toe aan de magische wereld van Harry Potter en de Knight Bus-scène die hier werd gefilmd.
The Clink wordt beschouwd als een inspiratiebron voor de Azkaban-gevangenis en draagt bij aan de historische sfeer van het gebied, dat werd gebruikt als filmlocatie voor scènes in Harry Potter.
Shakespeare's Globe Theatre is een exacte replica van het 16e-eeuwse theater dat hier ooit stond. Deze versie is gebouwd door acteur Sam Wanamaker, die eigenlijk de vader is van Zoe Wanamaker die Madame Hooch speelde. Bovendien trouwde David Tenant (Barty Crouch Jr) hier.
Dit iconische monument in Londen, gebouwd in het jaar 2000 (vandaar de naam), werd opgeblazen door de Dooddoeners in de film Harry Potter en de Halfbloed Prins!
Dit is waar Newt Scamander Perkamentus ontmoette in de Fantastic Beasts-serie en diende als decor voor de trap naar de Waarzegtoren in de Harry Potter-filmfranchise.
Daniel Radcliffe studeerde aan de prestigieuze City of London School, die een reputatie heeft voor academische uitmuntendheid en opmerkelijke alumni. Zijn opleiding aan deze gewaardeerde school vormde een sterke basis die zijn ontluikende acteercarrière aanvulde.
Great Scotland Yard stond in de Harry Potter-films voor de ingang van het Ministerie van Toverkunst. De historische en imposante gevel van het gebouw zorgde voor een passend groots en gezaghebbend exterieur voor het magische regeringshoofdkwartier.
Hier treed je in de voetsporen van het Trio terwijl je de locatie verkent waar ze het Ministerie van Toverkunst in The Order of the Phoenix infiltreerden.
Whitehall fungeert als de locatie van het Ministerie van Toverkunst, zowel in de boeken als in de filmseries. Ook is er hier in Downing Street een portaal waar de Minister van Toverkunst kan communiceren met de premier van de dreuzelwereld.
Dit plein in het centrum van Londen is een van de bekendste bezienswaardigheden van Londen en was op 7 juli 2011 ook de locatie van de wereldpremière van Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Deel 2, die duizenden fans van over de hele wereld trok.
Godwin's Court in Londen, met zijn smalle, kronkelende steegje en historische charme, zou de inspiratiebron zijn geweest voor de afbeelding van Knockturn Alley door de decorontwerpers in de Harry Potter-serie.
Er wordt algemeen aangenomen dat Cecil Court, een schilderachtige voetgangersstraat in Londen die bekend staat om zijn antiquarische boekwinkels en historische charme, de Wegisweg heeft geïnspireerd in de Harry Potter-serie. De betoverende sfeer, omzoomd met eclectische winkels en Victoriaanse architectuur, weerspiegelt het magische winkelgebied waar tovenaars hun betoverende benodigdheden kopen.
De ingang van Diagon Alley bevindt zich hier aan Charing Cross Road, een drukke verkeersader in Londen die bekend staat om zijn boekwinkels. Deze centrale en levendige locatie voegt een vleugje magisch realisme toe aan de serie en combineert de gewone Dreuzelwereld met het verborgen tovenaarsrijk.

I never thought I'd like Butterbeer and was even hesitant to try it, but... when I started drinking it, I found it DELICIOUS. You can even eat ice cream with butter beer. It was at the Harry Potter shop in Manhattan on your final tour you can get a special Harry Potter Butterbeer pack and it comes with an exclusive New York Griffin wand, a souvenir pin, a chocolate frog, a draft Butterbeer and a Butterbeer ice cream. It's worth it, friends, don't miss it.

We did our Harry Potter walking tour on our first day in London. Being a huge Harry Potter fan this was a nice alternative since the Harry Potter Experience was sold out and requires reservations months in advance. Our guide's name was ironically Harry and he was awesome! We had such a great time with him walking around London and hearing about Harry Potter and other fun facts that he was able to share. A great feature of the tour was that Harry had a large tablet available so he would show us clips from the movies and then point out the specifics in the locations where we were standing! It was really cool to be able to do that. While all of this was great, I think the best part was just being able to walk all over London, getting a feel for the city and all the sights and then knowing where we wanted to go back to and explore on our own. The bottle of butterbeer was a nice touch at the end, but I don't know if it was necessary. It was fun to go to the Harry Potter store where the butterbeer was sold but it did add on an extra 20-30 minutes and we were all getting tired so it wasn't a huge selling point for me to have that option at the end. It also would've been nice if there had been tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the butterbeer instead of just standing in the store. I know that's not the tour's responsibility, but just sharing for those who might be interested in going. To sum it all up, it was a fantastic walking tour that I highly recommend, especially if you're a Harry Potter fan. Wear comfortable shoes and dress weather appropriately because you are outside and you do get many steps in!

I would have loved to take this tour but our tour guide never showed up. We tried calling, messaging through the site, texting, and emailing and never received a callback or acknowledgement that I tried reaching out. We must have been the only ones to book for that day and rather than just call or message us and cancel, they didn't show up. We waited for half an hour at the meeting point before booking a different tour for later that day and requesting a refund. I'm still floored by the lack of courtesy.
I did a tour with Ana Maria it was really the most amazing day, she was so friendly, kind and knowlegable. She added some bonus tips and suprises which was very sweet. This tour was an enchanting experience from start to finish. Our guide was passionate and engaging, taking us to key locations like the Godwin's Court, the inspiration for Knockturn Alley and the Trafalgar square which was the site of world premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. We learned so much about the making of the films and the history behind these iconic spots. Sipping on Butterbeer as we walked added an extra layer of fun and authenticity.

We had a blast on this tour! We saw all the cool Harry Potter spots, like the steps at St. Paul’s Cathedral and the entrance to the Ministry of Magic. Our guide made it so much fun with all the great stories. The tour was very well managed by Tour by Foot as i was travelling alone but not a single minute I get bored. Highly Recommeded.
