Magic Dolphin Celebrity biedt, chique dolfijnen en walvissen kijken. Boot is uniek, mooie klassieke zeilcatamaran. Heeft zoveel ruimte binnen en buiten. Beperkt tot maximaal 18 koppels aan boord, zodat iedereen zonder kraai van het uitzicht kan genieten en zich echte beroemdheid kan voelen. Let op, juli en augustus is onze 9 uur durende reis slechts 2,5 uur en kan geen tijd hebben voor een zwemstop. Dit is alleen voor wild kijken. Voor degenen die willen een duik in de oceaan Reizen vertrekken 12 uur en 15.30 uur heeft een 20min zwemmen pauze. Kies het juiste vertrek.

Let op: in juli en augustus hebben we dagelijks vertrekken.9 uur vertrek stopt niet voor zwempauze. Kies alstublieft het juiste vertrek als u wilt zwemmen! Minder passagiers voor een betere ervaring. Je kunt je een echte beroemdheid voelen. Ons professionele team zal uitkijken naar walvissen en dolfijnen. Als we ze vinden, geven onze gidsen je alle informatie die je moet weten over deze prachtige wezens. Je hebt je personeelsgidsen, geen wachtrij, geen menigte.. Totale ontspanning, wat u verdient voor uw vakantie. Zomermaanden stoppen we in Gabo Girao voor een duik in de Atlantische Oceaan. Houd er rekening mee juli en augustus onze 9am reis is slechts 2,5 uur. We hebben misschien niet genoeg tijd om te stoppen om te zwemmen. Op de terugweg kunt u achterover leunen en ontspannen, genieten van het uitzicht op de prachtige baaien van Funchal en het uitzicht op het beroemde Reid s Hotel, waar Sir. Winston Churchill verbleef een keer.

Highlight of the holiday. Tour guides had great knowledge of dolphins and whales, and went to lengths to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Massive thanks to all tour guides, you made it worthwhile!
We took the morning tour and were not disappointed. We saw a playful group of dolphins that clearly enjoyed swimming in front of the boat. It was also very important to us that the dolphins were treated with care. Additionally, we were able to observe a whale. Although it is officially advertised for a maximum of 25 people, we were 35, but everyone got a seat. Clear recommendation!
We did the celebrity tour and are so glad we did. The numbers of people on the boat were limited to just 25 however, there were less on the boat. The boat was comfortable, clean and we had a spot on the sunbeds at the front. I have to give a big shout out to all of the staff on board - they were warm, welcoming and gave lots of information about the coast of Madeira and the variety of wildlife. They made the talks fun also and had everyone laughing. Moving on to the highlight of the trip - the dolphin and whale spotting! We saw bottle nose and spotted dolphins. The spotted dolphins were so sociable and we had at one point a group of about 10 chasing our boat. The views were incredible! I know this isn't always guaranteed and we were very lucky but the boat trip itself was worth it this was just an amazing bonus! We also saw a bryte whale very close to the boat which was huge and pumped water high out of it's spout, Overall a once in a lifetime experience that are very grateful for. Thank you to all the staff for making it so memorable ☺️

An extremely enjoyable trip with plenty to see. A very lovely crew and helpful back office staff.
Okay, the Mrs started feeling worse for wear ( though not as bad as the German guy feeding the fishes his dinner over the 3 hours), but we both enjoyed the trip. We chose the smaller but slightly dearer - 'celebrity', vessel over the larger eco craft, due to not being as packed, which turned out to be a good move given moving about was required so was easier with fewer people - maybe 20 max. A free drink was also part of the offer. And we got to see dolphins, which was the sole aim. We found the crew very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the sealife and also places of interest along the coast we passed. The craft - a catamaran, was also spotless, and in very good condition. The three hour jaunt was about the max for us, given the 'spotting' ( but it was a good little session), was only literally 10-15 minutes of the whole trip. I'd only do it again if whale(s) were a distinct possibility - which they weren't on this occasion. It was dolphins at best, but made the trip worthwhile.
The Celebrity is the small catamaran from the company Magic Dolphins: 20-25 seats, while the other one holds more than 100. Our outing at sea was perfect: many dolphins just 1 meter in front of the boat, and an excellent crew, very kind, providing a lot of explanations (in English) about marine life. So, okay, it’s not very eco-friendly to bother these poor creatures, but I felt that the crew did their best not to be too intrusive, which is very good for the retrospective guilt of the customers. One piece of advice: think about sun protection, the sun is strong for 3 hours.

Very nice and friendly crew. Clean boat with good washrooms and lots of room to move around. Space to sit inside or outside. No whales or dolphins unfortunately….
