Vervoer heen en terug in een comfortabel busje met airconditioning vanuit de meeste hotels in Cancun (alleen beschikbaar op maandag, woensdag, vrijdag en zondag) en Riviera Maya (de hele week beschikbaar). Our guide JJ and our driver Edgar were both amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.
We had Mateo as our driver, and he was excellent—professional, safe, and very accommodating. Our tour guide, Jojo, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. As a non-swimmer, I was initially nervous about being in the water, but Jojo made me feel safe, calm, and comfortable throughout the experience. I truly appreciated his patience and reassurance. Highly recommend Mateo and Jojo for a wonderful and worry-free experience!

Great half-day experience to take part in. The guide was really informative and helpful. The cenote and lagoon were amazing things to discover. Advice would be that you only get a snack on the trip, so it is worth taking some extra bits to eat with you. You are unable to take photos at the cenote; there are photographers there. It is a shame because they are good photos to show what you have been up to; however, they are ripping you off for the cost of the photos. We were staying in Playa de Mejures, so it is about 2 hours drive.
Amazing trip to Tulum, the cenote and snorkeling with sea turtles. Bus pick up was perfect on time the experience of each location was made better by our guide David, knowledgeable, relaxed and hilarious. We are coming back next year for the cenote and turtles but will be requesting to go on David's day as we had a great time with a bit of freedom with our time which we appreciated. The cenote is a brilliant experience and the lagoon is a great finish. The guide was really knowledgeable. Ensure you take a top to swim in as you are not allowed sun screen. You may want to take additional snacks, as there are no stops to buy meals.
