Het nemen van deze privétour betekent dat u een tijd kunt kiezen, tussen 5:30 en 15:30 uur, om uw gids te begroeten en met de bus te vertrekken vanuit Aguas Calientes.
Uw privégids zal de tour aanpassen aan uw interesses, zodat u vragen kunt stellen en dieper in de geschiedenis en betekenis van de site kunt duiken. De gids zal ook foto’s voor je maken tijdens de hele ervaring.
Na de tour keert u per bus terug naar Aguas Calientes, waarmee u de tour afrondt.

- Vergeet niet dat, als u Peruviaans staatsburger bent, u een geldig nationaal identiteitsdocument (DNI) moet hebben om uw ticket naar Machu Picchu te kunnen verstrekken. Bovendien moet dit document via het bijbehorende platform worden verzonden en op de dag van het bezoek worden gepresenteerd. Het systeem staat de uitgifte van tickets met een paspoort voor Peruaanse burgers niet toe.
- De optie om de Panoramic Circuit 1 tour te volgen vanaf het moment dat je de Citadel van Machu Picchu betreedt kan worden verlengd met maximaal 2 uur.

If you’re on the fence, book it. They took care of everything and made sure we had the best time and got the best photos!
It pays to have a private guide vs taking a group tour. Plan to take two tours at Machu Picchu, this avoids any transportation delays or weather issues. Plan to take circuits 2 and 3, these will give you very good coverage over most of the important areas.
Lovely time with our guide who was very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu. We booked a private tour like this, because we had a very tight turn around, and needed to be shown exactly how to get there and shown wh as t to do when we arrived!
Our guided tour to Machu Picchu was great, and informative. The tour guide picked us up right on the dot from our hotel, we walked to the bus, were given front seats, skip the crowds and lines to get in. The only thing I would say where there may be room for improvement, was the communication leading up to the date of our tour. The information was, that we were to meet up at the “redemption point” to redeem our voucher and receive our tickets. So we went to the redemption point, or as per instructions, where this point is meant to be, the day before so we knew what to do for the next morning. The problem here was no one at this point knew anything? So we found ourselves in wonder and in a little bit of uncertainty if all was going to happen as planned. We made numerous phone calls and eventually was able to get our tickets emailed to us and finally our guide made contact with us at 8 pm. In our opinion, we paid for our tickets in full. We should receive our tickets in full in that case, not vouchers to redeem. Machu Picchu is a long way to come to from anywhere in the world. We felt like we were going to miss out on the experience because of what we felt was a lack of communication due to Viator’s processes. Not having our tickets and no communication until the 11th hour left us unsettled
This is a "must do bucket list adventure "....our guide (Johnny) made it extra special...pictures cannot capture this place.
We loved this tour. Rudier was fantastic and couldn’t have been better. We learned so much from him, he knew all the spots for the best pics and he was wonderful with our boys. He made this once in a lifetime trip to Machu Picchu perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this tour

Having a private guide was the best way to tour Machu Picchu. Johnny provided great details with passion and enthusiasm. If you want to learn the history and culture of the area, I highly recommend using this service.
My guide, Abraham, met me as planned at the train station and efficiently guided me to the shuttle bus and on to Circuit 2 to see Machu Picchu! He did a wonderful job explaining the sights to me and taking multiple photos for me to remember this special time in his country. Thank you!!
Machu Picchu is truly a magestic and beautiful place. I am in awe. This tour was amazing and if you're not sure to book...do it. Now! Jaime was so great and extremely helpful and had so much knowledge and history to share about everything!! Words cant describe how wonderful this tour was.
