Vandaag de dag domineren mannelijke chef-koks de scène, zoals de beroemde Paul Bocuse, maar het zijn de vrouwen die de gerenommeerde keuken hebben ontwikkeld. Hier krijgen we een espresso in een van de beste koffieboetieks van Lyon voordat we terugkeren naar het oudste deel van Hôtel-Dieu, om de koffie te drinken en de laatste 'geheime' zoete lekkernij te proeven om de tour af te sluiten.

It’s a great tasting overview of Lyonnaise foods. The 11:30am tour gave plenty of time at the end to roam the shops. Our guide Sib was amazing!!
