Deze privétour door het platteland onder leiding van een lokale gecertificeerde Gids neemt u mee naar Vianden, waar u de middeleeuwse stad en het iconische kasteel verkent, gevolgd door een rit met de beroemde stoeltjeslift die een prachtig uitzicht over de stad biedt. De reis gaat verder door het Luxemburgse “Kleine Zwitserland”, met een stop bij de pittoreske Schiessentümpel waterval voor wat fotomomenten. Vervolgens gaat de tour naar Echternach, de oudste stad van Luxemburg, waar u de basiliek bezoekt en door de charmante oude stad dwaalt. Bij terugkomst in Luxemburg-Stad gaat de tour door de schilderachtige Moezelvallei, met prachtige uitzichten op zowel Luxemburgse als Duitse wijngaarden. Na een bezoek aan een lokale wijnmakerij en een wijnproeverij brengt de lokale gecertificeerde Gids u terug naar uw hotel.

Fantastic way to discover the natural beauty of the countryside while taking in such beautiful and historical sights such as Vianden Castle, the stunning Mullerthal region (Little Switzerland), the ancient town of Echternach (oldest in Luxembourg) capped off with a visit to a long established winery right next to the Moselle River. Our guide, Ken, a very passionate native of Luxembourg was outstanding and his in depth knowledge and engaging manner made our day truly memorable. Quite simply it was the best day tour of many we have taken over the last 10 years. Would highly recommend.

Our guide Ken was amazing and offered a wealth of information on Luxembourg. He was a lot of fun. The tour was fabulous. I highly recommend it. We also visited the Battle of the Bulge American cemetery/memorial instead of the winery…. Also highly recommended. It was an amazing feeling.

Our guide Ken was amazing. Fantastic tour. Our highlight was Mullerthal Park and waking through the Forrest and rock. It was great to see the countryside and do a bit of wine tasting as well.

Went with hy wife, as part of a 6 week touring trip around Europe on our motorcycles, & with dog. Absolutely loved Luxembourg. The City itself & surrounding areas as a country. All transport is free to travel around the city. Great experience had, great people met. Will definitely go again 💯%
