On the day of my trip, I experienced a train delay of 2.5 hours from Tren Italia. I tried to call the number on their website, I called Viator to contact the tour operator several times but aadly, they responded 7 minutes before my pickup time. They then told me that I was a no-show and that they “did not carry a phone with them at all times” because “they were busy” —all while I had left a voicemail, a text message, and contacted Viator to leave a message to get back to me regarding my delay. I have screenshots of my communication with Davide the tour operator if anyone wants to see.
