Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We kunnen elke klant ophalen van hun hotellocatie, of we kunnen elke klant ophalen bij elke aankomsthal op de luchthaven. Dank u voor het vertrouwen in mij om uw vervoersbehoeften te bieden. Ik waardeer onze relatie en de mogelijkheid om u te dienen. Wachttijd (1 uur gratis). Boek uw transfer tot 1 uur na uw verwachte aankomst van de vlucht, dit is om tijd te geven om de douane in te klaren. Belangrijk : Onze chauffeur wacht maximaal 60 minuten na de geboekte tijd (u moet contact met ons opnemen als u vertraging heeft). Ik waardeer uw begrip en voortdurende steun. Mocht u vragen of zorgen hebben, aarzel dan niet om direct contact met mij op te nemen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om u te blijven dienen!

I did not use this service. They emailed me 45 minutes before pick up time and said they could not accommodate me.
Hi Theresa, Thank you for your feedback. However, I’d like to clarify that the booking was made around 10:00pm for a 5:45am pickup the following morning, which unfortunately does not provide sufficient notice for us to arrange the service. As previously explained, the booking was automatically accepted through Viator, which is outside of our direct control. We always do our best to accommodate requests, but last-minute bookings of this nature are not always possible. We are disappointed to see a review left in this case, especially as the service was not actually used. We always welcome genuine feedback from customers who have experienced our service, as this helps us improve and maintain our standards. Kind regards, Mario

Mario was an excellent resource for us during our trip to Australia. He was useful for our trip to/from Brisbane airport and he even drove 2 of my cousins from Gold Coast to Brisbane. I would highly recommend him as a driver to anyone who is travelling Brisbane to Gold Coast

Our first driver Mario had an accident and was unable to pick us up. His associate stepped up and picked us up and delivered us directly to our destination quickly and comfortably.
