Bij het boeken van deze 8-uur durende tour bezoek je verschillende van de Baskische kust dorpen van dit rotsachtige gebied in een luxe voertuig met een professionele chauffeur. - San Juan de Gaztelugatxe waar scènes uit "Game of Thrones" werden opgenomen. - Urdaibai: Bermeo, Mundaka en Gernika. - Bezoek Getaria en Zumaia en zijn geweldige "flysch". U kunt een typische baskische lunch eten in een restaurant aan zee. - Bezoek San Sebastián oude stadscentrum. - Terugkeer naar Bilbao of San Sebastian.

San Juan de Gaztelugatxe is een eiland gelegen in de buurt van de Cantabrische kust van waaruit we kunnen genieten van een prachtig uitzicht. Op de top van het eiland is er een hermitage gewijd aan Johannes de Doper. Het is te voet bereikbaar via een stenen brug en een trap met 24 treden.

Adrián was a wonderful and friendly guide. We had a wonderful day touring the Basque region. Seeing the different towns was very fun and we had a great lunch with him experiencing the excitement of ordering Pinchos at a great restaurant in Guernica. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough!

Adrian’s depth of knowledge was the best part of the tour. He customized the tour and by the middle of the first day I I knew I had to add a second. A pleasant surprise were the great dining choices Adrian made on both days.
I happened upon a Sunday morning mass in a tiny church in an ancient village and it was beautiful. Also, loved having lunch among locals in another small village. The freshly grilled fish was amazing. And lastly, visiting Guernica was quite moving.
Juan was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the sites and his recommendations for food also.

Our tour guide, Joe, was fantastic. He was very informative about the area and had a plan to take us to various areas along the Basque coast; however, he was flexible with the timing and the places we visited based on requests within the group. The tour was one of the highlights of our trip through Spain and definitely recommend.
We had a custom tour from Bilbao up to Biarritz and on the way back saw some places like Gernika. We really enjoy learning about the history of the Basque people and loved the beautiful coastline. Our tour guide was Joe, who spoke very good English and had a good knowledge of the area. He was very helpful in customizing where we were interested in going.
