Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen bij de terminal of het hotel van uw keuze. Iedereen uit de groep moet op hetzelfde tijdstip van dezelfde locatie worden opgehaald. De service moet minimaal 24 uur vóór de ophaaltijd worden geboekt. 15 minuten voor lokaal ophalen en 30 minuten voor ophalen op de luchthaven is bij de prijs inbegrepen (gerekend vanaf de geplande ophaaltijd - lees onze Algemene voorwaarden), waarna we, indien van toepassing, extra wacht- en parkeerkosten in rekening brengen. BELANGRIJK! Zorg ervoor dat uw telefoon is ingeschakeld en dat u op het moment van ophalen gebeld kunt worden via het nummer dat in de boeking is opgegeven. Als u dit niet doet, kan uw boeking worden gemarkeerd als een Customer No-Show als we u niet kunnen vinden op de ophaallocatie. OPMERKING: 1 Grote bagage betekent maximaal MAX 20KG (maat L (75) meet MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Kleine bagage betekent handbagage tot 10KG. (Maat S (50) meet MAX 55x40x20 cm.)

The pick up time was at 3 and he told us by phone call at 1.30 to finally pick us up at 2.30 because of the traffic. Also they dont leave you in the departures side if the airport, but 15 minutes walking carrying the luggage by foot under the sun. If you go with a lot of luggage or children or old people is not worth It. We had to walk a lot meanwhile we saw how buses from Victoria station (much more cheaper) arrive to the main entrance of the airport. If you pay way more than a bus you expect at least to arrive to the main entrance of the airport.
Yiannakis picked me up early and gave a very smooth experience from start to finish. I’ve been using Umbrella for a few years now and they’re always reliable and offer excellent service.

it was the second time we used umbrella transfer. everything impeccable. the driver Daniel was very punctual. and we really appreciated the panoramic road that took us through the city and then headed towards the airport. we were really happy. daniel was kind and helpful. next time we return to London we will book again umbrella
