Volledige informatie verstrekken : Als u een groep bent en verschillende vluchten hebt, moet u voor elke persoon het vluchtnummer opgeven. De laatste aankomst dient als tijdstip en terminal voor het ophalen van uw groep. De Vermelding prijs is inclusief ophalen in één terminal. Extra haltes in andere terminals kunnen worden toegevoegd voor een extra vergoeding. Als een deel van de groep meteen naar uw bestemming wil, moet u meer dan één pick-up reserveren. Als u nog andere speciale wensen heeft voor uw vervoer, neem dan minstens 24 uur voor aankomst contact met ons op. We nemen 24 uur voor aankomst contact op via WhatsApp met meer gedetailleerde instructies over het ontmoeten van uw chauffeur op de luchthaven. Caesar was fantastic! He handled our airport transfer from Cancun International to our villa in Tulum for our group trip, and also drove us to Taboo Beach Club and out to our yacht day. He was punctual, professional, and made sure everyone in our group (10 of us!) was comfortable the whole ride, despite the notoriously long Cancun-to-Tulum drive. Easy to communicate with about pickup times and last-minute changes to our plans, and his driving was smooth and safe throughout. Would absolutely book with him again for any future Tulum trip. Highly recommend!

Cesar was the man! Super friendly and provided safe and speedy service. Made sure we stayed well hydrated too 😀 The whole booking process was also simple! Everyone provided great communication. Transport from TQO and CUN can be pricey, but this is a service where you get what you pay for … peace of mind, ease, and no one taking advantage of you.

My friends and I booked a private transportation service and i definitely would recommend if you’re going in a big group! There was 9 of us and Cezar was always on time and great with us. Always had some waters for us and was such a gentleman. Definitely patient with us too if we were running a little 5 min late. Def would recommend booking with their service and the pricing was affordable and worth it.
Cesar was a great driver, very professional and friendly, the bus it’s incredible especially for a big group definitely recommend.
The airport pickup was great and timely as the driver was waiting for us with sign in hand upon our terminal exit. Bottled water and the music of our choosing!! BUT…the departure transfer was lacking to say the least. 1st driver was a no-show!!! Second driver arrived more than 15 minutes after the NEW time provided. The 2 things that saved us from not missing our flight check-in were the ease of the airport and a weather delay for the incoming flight….

That's the experience we promise. The departure transfer is fully on us, and I take responsibility for it. A first driver who didn't show and a replacement who arrived 15+ minutes late is a failure on our end, plain and simple. You should never be in a position where an easy airport and a weather delay are what save your flight — we are supposed to be the ones who guarantee that. This is not the standard we operate by, and I've already begun reviewing exactly what broke down in our dispatch and driver-confirmation process so it does not happen to you or anyone else again. Great experience and awesome driver
They showed up a full *20 minutes late* to take us to the airport for our international flight. We were only alerted that they were late after the confirmed pickup time had passed, by an AI chat bot no less, and first it was 5 mins, then 10, then 20. The driver who showed up seemed to have no idea he was late and was confused why we were upset. He also thought we were headed to Cancun airport instead of Tulum, thankfully I told him before he set off in the wrong direction. No idea what happened, if our original driver never showed or if thus business is just super disorganized, but this was completely unacceptable. We made it to the airport in time thankfully but it was so stressful and an awful way to end our vacation. We booked this prepaid premium airport service for peace of mind and we got the opposite. I asked for compensation for our experience, since an on time pick up is the most basic thing we paid for and they failed at it. They did apologize and said they would get back to us, and I held off on reviewing to see if they would make it right. But I followed up a few times and they just ghosted me. If you want a reliable service, look elsewhere.
