**Airport Pickup:** Haal bij aankomst uw bagage op en ga naar de Aankomsthal. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het ophaalgebied van Ground Transportation met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Toon uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto bij het ophalen. Uw transport staat precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten. Aankomsten: als u problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van uw chauffeur, ga dan naar een van de volgende ontmoetingspunten: - Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 bij Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 bij de welkomstbar **Ophaalservice bij hotel:** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor vertrek van uw vlucht bevestigd, uw chauffeur zal u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Toon uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto bij het ophalen. Wacht een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.

- Houd er rekening mee dat ophalen van/van meerdere luchthaventerminals/hotels niet is toegestaan, ophaaltijden zijn gebaseerd op verkeers-/wegbeperkingen, eventuele wijzigingsverzoeken zullen worden beoordeeld en geaccepteerd of afgewezen naar eigen goeddunken van de leverancier.
- Gedeeltelijke annuleringen/restituties zijn niet beschikbaar voor vervoersdiensten heen en terug.
- Neem voor last-minute wijzigingen en/of vertragingen onmiddellijk contact op. Houd er rekening mee dat alle last-minute wijzigingen afhankelijk zijn van beschikbaarheid en niet kunnen worden gegarandeerd.
- Transferdiensten zijn niet inwisselbaar voor andere diensten/routes.

Made reservations day before. Arrived to get location and no driver was there. Called company and was told that reservation hadn’t been received until 5am that morning. Therefore there wasn’t anyone available to transport us to our hotel. We had to to make other last-minute arrangements.
Hello We are truly sorry for what happened and completely understand how stressful and disappointing this must have been for you, especially after arriving and expecting your transport to be ready. This is not the experience we want any of our guests to go through, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused, as well as the need for you to quickly arrange alternative transportation. After reviewing your case, we were informed that the reservation was received in our system early that morning, which unfortunately left us with no time to properly assign a driver. That said, we completely understand that from your perspective this resulted in a failed service, and we take full responsibility for the impact this had on your plans. We have already requested a refund for this service as a result of the issue, and it is currently being processed. Absolutely terrible experience! My flight was delayed and I was told I would not be accommodated for that and if i did not Make it for my scheduled pick up time then I would miss it and be classified as a no show. I then had to make alternative pick up arrangements and then a driver called me asking where was I when before then I was told I would not be accommodated. I will never book with you all ever again!

Our driver was dispatched and remained at the airport for an extended period beyond the complimentary waiting time included with your service. After waiting significantly longer than scheduled and without successful contact, the driver was unfortunately required to proceed to his next assigned service. Due to operational commitments with other passengers who had services scheduled in advance, we are not always able to extend the waiting time indefinitely, especially on days with multiple flight disruptions. Luis is the best. Great driver and patience to find our destination. A long drive from Cancun to Tulum was more pleasant because of him.
Don’t book! When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. We had to ask multiple people for help before finding someone who told us to just wait. We were supposed to welcomed with our names on a board. Pickup DID NOT happen at all. Called and requested info, no one came or responded. I would not recommend booking through this company at all. Almost made us late for our flight.
Reached out a day before to see my flight information confirmed late I guess so they never came to get us. We called the help desk and the help desk couldn’t get them on the phone and this was a duration of 2 hours. When we finally got them on the phone it was around 12 and we scheduled for them to come at 9:30. The company informed me that they can have somebody in the area in the next 45 minutes but at that point we would’ve definitely missed our flight which was at 1:05 pm. I had to ask for a refund or a discount for the error on there end. Just wasn’t a good experience. The only good part which was already guaranteed was the refund.

I paid 140€ we wait but no driver. He sent us a picture of the sign with our name to prove that it was there but it is not true. We waited 1 hour and we had to find another driver who took us 200€. Very bad experience. Never again
Company had minor glitch with online so they reached out to me for additional details they were seeking. Very nice. Driver was there early waiting for me, complete with fancy sign. Tomas was a very nice guy who got me where I needed to go, safely. I definitely recommend this company and their shuttle services.
Hugo, our driver, was INCREDIBLE!! Between our hour flight delay and then the 40 minute luggage delay at the carousel, Hugo waited with the utmost patience. He was so attentive to us and our needs after traveling for 12 hours. The drive was smooth, fast and comfortable. I cannot recommend him or the company more!

Driver never showed and never responded to messages. Had my reservation cancelled but no notification until I decided to call while at the airport.
