Vaar op de Mekong en bekijk prachtige landschappen en uitzichten op de bergen, terwijl je over de rivier vaart. Je krijgt de kans om het lokale leven, vissers en kinderen te zien zwemmen in de Mekong. Uw bootkapitein laat de boot langzaam over de rivier drijven, zodat u 's avonds kunt genieten van de zonsondergang en het uitzicht op Luang Prabang. Daarna dineer je bij de lokale Hot Pot-plek om te genieten van het koken van je eigen diner en natuurlijk koud bier Lao. Jammie!

Geniet bij zonsondergang van het beste uitzicht op Luang Prabang tijdens een privécruise op de Mekong-rivier. Ervaar een traditionele tuk-tuk-rit, vaar langs de Mekong en geniet van een heerlijk hotpot-diner. Nadat u per tuk-tuk bij uw hotel bent opgehaald, gaat u naar de aanlegsteiger achter het Koninklijk Paleis en vaart u uit voor een cruise van 2 uur langs de Mekong-rivier. Luister terwijl je vaart naar je lokale gids die de geschiedenis van de Mekong en zijn bewoners uitlegt. Er zijn drankjes en snacks te koop. De cruise is zo getimed dat u de zonsondergang kunt bewonderen, zodat u kunt ontspannen op het bootterras en kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de ondergaande zon achter Luang Prabang en Chompet. U kunt ook een foto laten maken door de gids. Na zonsondergang keert u terug naar het land en springt u terug op de tuk-tuk voor een korte rit naar uw dinerlocatie, Sin Dat Hot Pot en Barbecue Restaurant. Veel plezier met het bereiden van uw eigen maaltijd voor het diner, zoals de lokale bevolking dat doet, voordat u 's avonds weer bij uw hotel wordt afgezet.

Wacht 5 minuten vóór de geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van je hotel. De gids zal uw naam volgen bij de receptie van het hotel. De chauffeur wacht niet lang dan 5 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd.

Sunset cruise and hot pot. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Boat was lovely and so was our host. Didn’t expect to be only ones on boat but city was very quiet. We loved the boat and the meal was a cook yourself meat and vegetable soup over charcoal. It was fun .
What a great evening. Our guide, Mr Tid, was very informative & explained many things about the Mekong River.

Even with the clouds in the sky, the atmosphere on the river was calm and serene — the kind of quiet beauty that lets you really take in the surroundings. Our guide was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the culture and landscape. He made the experience feel personal and meaningful, not rushed or scripted. The hot pot dinner was fresh, tasty, and fun to prepare while floating on the water. It felt relaxed and intimate — a perfect way to enjoy Laos. Our guide was really charming and introduced us to the Mekong and its benefits for the people of Laos. A very nice time on the river, beautiful sunset and traditional meal to finish in style this beautiful excursion.

We had a lovely trip up and down the river. It was very cloudy on the day we picked but wad nice to sit on the boat and just take in the river and its banks. The hot pot experience was fantastic and was definitely the differentiator. We went to a local place with no other tourists and sat with our guide, who was lovely, having a true Lao experience!
Fantastic evening. The tour guide Nong was so personable, such a great personality and friendly. We had a great time on the river with the sunset, then she took us to an out of the way restaurant where we had a delicious hot pot dinner, with her teaching us through it. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this tour and this lovely tour guide!
Amazing tour. The river cruise is absolutely beautiful and the hot pot dinner is a unique treat to really get a taste of the local culture. Keo was a great guide and we loved all her insights and just her general company!

From starting to end it was an amazing experience, they care each and every thing from booking till dropping at airport. Specially mentioned my guide Oun is so polite and detailed. I haven’t feel solo any moment. Hope I will explore more soon at Laos.
