That was the most uncomfortable and awkward 2 hours. Jason was really rude - actually called me out infront of the whole bus to repeat back what he was saying because he thought I wasn't listening. Unbelievably arrogant, misogynistic - commenting constantly on young women on tbe side of the road. Not funny, complete cringe.
Was alright not amazing wouldn’t do again
Jason was fantastic host and guide Friendly Informative Funny
Jason was fantastic and very amusing. Very knowledgable about the whole of LA and allowed us to see a different side of this interesting city.
I didn’t experience the bus tour. I tried calling for help regarding pick up location. I booked the 24-hour tour after hours and could get it to be moved the next day. Can’t get a response from the help desk to move it the next day. Extremely disappointed.

If you want to see celebrity homes, I wouldn't recommend this tour. You can barely see anything but the bushes blocking the view of the houses. However, the guide, Jason, is friendly, so that improves the atmosphere.
This is a long tour and it ends at 4:30. It would be nice if it ran longer. It was hard to tell when the bus would arrive at locations other than the start point. Also, we had a ticket for the Chinese Theatre Tour, but it was shut down for three weeks due to The Odyssey movie playing. We got off the bus for this, only to find out it wasn’t happening and had to wait a while for the next bus. We did learn a lot and it helped us decide what to see, but for the price we wished it was more accessible.
Hi Kendra_V. We wish to thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the tour seemed a bit short, and that the next bus would not be that easy to estimate. We have live tracking available in the app, so you can easily check when the next bus arrives. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again soon. Best regards, Vlad @BigBusTours
Jason was the driver he was great
Jason was a chilled out professional host. He knew his stuff and delivered the tour with continued enthusiasm. As a teacher. I know how hard that is, if you are doing the same thing day after day. Jason is an asset in this job. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour- and did go to in and out burger. Well done that man from the UK!
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to slowly air-fry while paying for the privilege, this tour has you covered. We left late because the bus was waiting for another one of its own buses. Fair enough… except we were already marinating on the top deck in blistering heat before the tour had even begun. Once we finally got moving, we spent most of the time not moving, inching through LA traffic while an excruciating automated voice droned on, often describing somewhere we clearly weren’t. It had all the charisma of a malfunctioning sat nav. As for the sights? Unless you’ve always dreamed of touring burger joints, strip malls and roads, prepare for disappointment. I’m from England, where my old school is older than most of the buildings we drove past, so the “highlights” felt decidedly lowlight-ish. Eventually we retreated downstairs to avoid becoming human jerky, only to discover there was almost no ventilation. The only windows that opened were marked “Emergency Use Only.” By that stage, it was beginning to feel like one. Save your money. You’ll see more of Los Angeles, and enjoy it far more, by picking a destination and getting an Uber.
