Terrible experience, lack of clarity from the staff. We waited for the return ferry for 45 minutes and, as if that weren't enough, they made us pay €42 each instead of 13 pounds. I absolutely do not recommend it.

My wife is vulnerable, she had an offer from the The big red hop on and off bus to use a river boat, she showed this QR code to the staff, of which they allowed her on the Boat. Then she was approached by staff again saying it was the correct ticket and charged her £75 on the spot!! An absolute rip off, im fuming, the member of staff did not want to help and just fine! She would have paid the fair, she didn't realise it was the wrong boat, the staff could have stopped her feom boarding! But no, you fine her...disgraceful

They have a policy which deliberately makes it difficult for the aged to get concessionary fares,with only 2 London focussed bits.of id being acceptable. Though many of the staff are very polite and helpful, there is a small minority who are rude, ignorant of the service and unhelpful. The exhaust fumes can be very heavy, especially inside at the back, a Ch that the experience is ruined. It's not worth the money. Needs new management

Last Sunday I bought an Uber ticket. I have an Oyster card and have been paying TFL every month for 12 years. I was stopped for a ticket inspection and the ticket inspector told me that my TFL Travelcard was not valid for the £16.40 fare. He asked me to pay £20 to continue my journey, otherwise he would have fined me £50. At the end of the journey, I was told that my Oyster card is not valid for the £16.50 fare. Can you explain why, as a TFL Oyster cardholder, I am not entitled to the £16.50 fare as offered on the Uber app?

Good luck but a little unclear what was involved, for example between which ports the tour was. Officially no guided tour but the captain guided in a good and easy way even for a non-Englishman.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a unique way to experience London. Travelling along the Thames gives you a completely different perspective of the city, and the views are incredible from start to finish. The boats were clean, comfortable, and made getting around feel much more relaxing than taking the Tube. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to combine sightseeing with transport. First time using Uber Boat! We met David Notarius at Westminster Pier and he was most helpful explaining to us where, when and how to board. He explained the route to us in detail, and that we could hop on and off at any stop we like. We'll definitely do this again next time we're in London, thank you David!

The boat staff were great but we waited over 2 hours to get on a boat with a round trip ticket, meaning to go anywhere… the old boats have carpet which makes the air inside the boat very very smelly and uncomfortable. It was fun but due to excessive wait times and smelly atmosphere, I won’t book again.
