What a piece of junk service. More than an hour waiting for a boat. I used it for one trip, I did not use it again, a waste of time.

The benefit of travelling by the river, from A-B, taking in all the main venues of London is no traffic jams, no hot buses or underground and the piers are within easy walking distance! I did find out that my day tickets, as freedom pass holder, would have been a lot cheaper had I booked direct with Uber, but it was still cheaper than travelling on the tour boats
We boarded at Waterloo and missed the 1110 by seconds but were told the next one was in 20 minutes. We actually waited for 40 minutes and boat was very busy. Windows were dirty and there was no seated or standing room on the outside deck. We were told by staff that the boat didn’t return to waterloo so we needed to change at Embankment. There a member of staff be would have to wait in a massive queue to go back one stop, cross the river by bridge, then queue again to get back to Waterloo. We gave up and returned by underground. The Uber boy at Embankment also used to accept our ticket even although it was scanned without a problem when we embarked. We had hoped to travel East too but had to cut our journey short due to being misdirected by various members of staff. Not a disaster but a bit of a mixed bag.

We have done the river cruise earlier and uber boat is not a match of it. Very less space on deck and it’s suffocating inside.

A disaster, they dropped us off at Embankment when we had taken the boat at Battersea heading to Greenwich and they kept us in a waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes, letting 3 boats pass without being able to board because there was no room, they sold more tickets than they had seats on the boats and the result was that on a 50-minute trip we lost almost 3 hours, all this with lies from the staff saying the boat was coming, sometimes saying 8 minutes left, other times 14…if you don't want to waste your day, book another company

Really enjoyable way to get around London. The day pass made it easy to hop on and off without stress. Staff were welcoming and kept things moving smoothly. Clean boats and a relaxed vibe throughout.

I was a bit unsure about this because I'm in a wheelchair, but there was absolutely no problems. There were a few stops that were not accessible but the staff were very quick to find the nearest accessible stop and explained the route we could take to get to our destination. They even suggested extra things to see/do in the areas. It is a great and easy way to get around London and a wheelchair is no problem.

When we went to Blackfrairs Pier on Tuesday July 14th, we saw the boat coming and rushed as quickly as possible so we don’t miss the boat, and when we were trying to tap in. One of the staff said “Hurry up” or something in a very rude tone. Then as we were riding the boat, when the boat was turing around they made us tap out/in again! After that we rode the boat to North Greenwich. We got off and went back to our stay. We found out that we got charged twice! (me, a teen) got Charged £11 “TWICE”!. While the (adults) got charged £20 “TWICE”! . And it said that we didn’t “touch out” even though we did! The staff were very rude and while they were speaking, we could barely understand what they were saying! I rode Uber boat multiple times and never had a bad experience like this one! I would not recommend riding Uber boat unless, you want to get charged twice! I will probably Never ride uber boat again!!
