Met dit ticket kunt u van of naar elke pier tussen Battersea Power Station en Barking Riverside reizen, waardoor u de vrijheid hebt om de centrale en oostelijke zones van de stad te verkennen. - Tickets zijn geldig in de centrale en oostelijke zone (tussen de pieren van Battersea en Barking Riverside).
- Tickets zijn niet geldig op de O2 Express-treinen.
- Toon uw afgedrukte of e-ticket bij een van onze pieren (in de zones Oost en Centraal).
- U kunt op de boot stappen en vanaf een van onze pieren tussen de Central en East Zone (Battersea Power Station en Barking Riverside) varen.
- Kinderen tot 10 jaar dienen altijd begeleid te worden door een volwassene.
- Tickets zijn geldig voor de dag die u bij de boeking heeft geselecteerd voor een enkele reis vanaf elke locatie tussen Battersea Power Station en Barking Riverside.
- Het instappen gebeurt op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt.

Complete 💩 show when it comes to organisation ! People being able to Q jump , not impressed. Boat ride itself pleasant enough . Embankment staff , pull your socks up.
Having visited London many times, we decided to see it from the Thames. We origially thought of a hop on hop off option but soon realise we would be hopping of the see things we had already viewed multiple time. We decided that we could start at Woolwich and had a ticket all of the way to Putney with dozens of stops, this did mean change at The Embankment and to another operator but still just the one ticket. Along the way locals were using the service just like a bus service. If you have the time it is slow paced, relaxing and a different view, no real commentary but most stops speak for themselves.

The most frustrating journey ever. This isnt cruise but for travellers. Those boarding very rude and impatient to give directions. Nobody ready to explain the journey to you. It was a nightmare.
Be aware that if you book a disabled ticket you will be asked to provide evidence of your disability by the pier staff. A most humiliating experience at Battersea Park pier, aggressive staff.

I had a fantastic experience on the Uber Boat in London. The service was efficient, comfortable, and offered some of the best views of the city. It was a refreshing alternative to the Tube, allowing me to enjoy London’s iconic landmarks from the Thames while avoiding crowded trains. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and departed on time. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. The seating was comfortable, and there was plenty of space to relax and take in the scenery. Travelling along the river gave me a unique perspective of landmarks such as Tower Bridge, the Houses of Parliament, and the London skyline. Uber Boat is my favourite way to get around London. I live here, and the boat is mostly full of tourists, but I still take it home whenever I have the chance (instead of the Tube). So much more scenic!! The staff are always very friendly. Today I met David Notarius who was very friendly and chatty and helpful!

Rip off. £9.10 from tower gateway to westminster pier and doesn't accept zone 1-6 on my SWR monthly season ticket!

What we discovered after the fact was that we could have used our oyster card, knowing this would have saved us quite a bit of time looking for, and booking tickets. It was fun taking a single journey ride at night to see the city lights from the river, the view is great. Unlike a tourist river ride where a guide points out places of interest, this uber ride stopped at quays down the Thames similar to a bus stop.
