Geniet van een privérondleiding door de hoogtepunten van het centrum van Londen, speciaal ontworpen voor uw gezin en kinderen. Een deskundige gids zal zowel kinderen als ouders betrekken bij een leuke en educatieve route met Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, de Changing of the Guards, Downing Street en vele andere beroemde sites. De wandeling van 3 uur maakt ook gebruik van het openbaar vervoer. LET OP: dit is een buitenwandeling en je ziet alle bezienswaardigheden vanaf de buitenkant.

Eerste stop is Westminster Abbey. Je zult de buitenkant van deze prachtige gotische kathedraal naast de Place of Westminster, het belangrijkste religieuze gebouw in heel het Verenigd Koninkrijk, bewonderen. Deze kerk is waar de Britse koningen en koninginnen traditioneel worden gekroond en ook waar ze uiteindelijk worden begraven.
Vervolgens neemt je gids je mee van buiten de Big Ben en de Houses of Parliament en vervolgens naar Downing Street, waar de residenties en officiële kantoren van de Britse regering van Hare Majesteit zijn gevestigd - de premier op nr. 10 en de kanselier van de schatkist op nr. 11.
Een korte wandeling verderop is Buckingham Palace, waar de koningin woont wanneer ze in Londen is en waar, op maandag, woensdag, vrijdag en zondag, het verbazingwekkende schouwspel van de wisseling van de wacht te zien is, zolang het mooi weer is.
De Houses of Parliament, ook wel het Palace of Westminster genoemd, is de zetel van de twee parlementaire huizen van het Verenigd Koninkrijk: het House of Lords en het House of Commons. The Houses of Parliement is een van de meest iconische gebouwen van Londen en het is een van de centra van het politieke leven in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Je neemt 's werelds oudste metrosysteem, de London Underground, van de stad Westminster naar de stad Londen. Hier kunt u de gevels van deze schoonheid van St. Paul's Cathedral bewonderen, evenals de andere attracties die deze omgeving te bieden heeft. Dit is een tour waar het hele gezin van zal genieten en uw gids zal de reisroute graag voor u aanpassen als u dat wilt. LET OP: dit is een buitenwandeling waarbij je de attracties van buitenaf ziet.

- De wisseling van de wacht vindt plaats op maandag, woensdag, vrijdag en zondag van augustus tot mei en dagelijks in juni en juli, maar het vindt niet plaats in de regen of bij zeer slecht weer (de bewakers annuleren de ceremonie als het regent, omdat de regen hun koperen instrumenten kan beschadigen). Als het wordt geannuleerd, kunt u er zeker van zijn dat de gids nog steeds kan wijzen op de bewakers die Buckingham Palace bewaken.

Larry was the best tour guide. My 8 and 9 year old were jet lagged and certainly no history buffs and yet the 3 hours flew by. He was engaging and funny and patient. We loved the mix of traditional must sees with secret less known cool sites and tales. The time flew by. Highly recommend Larry!

Lucy was a wonderful tour guide! She was very knowledgeable about everything on the tour and random questions my kids asked. She also personalized the experience to make sure we were able to see all the highlights and our requests. Great tour of London historic sites with Dan. It was well-paced, entertaining and kept two kids (ages 10 and 13) and adults engaged. Dan shared lots of interesting factoids about Westminster, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and more. He was humorous and very conversational. Highly recommend!
Probably our favorite tour over two weeks in the UK and Ireland. Alex was a wealth of knowledge and really brought Londons history to life for our family. Our 11 and 12 year old boys even stayed engaged the entire time which is no small feat! While Alex had a plan for the best things for us to see, she was also more than willing to customize things to accommodate our wishes. I would highly recommend!

Lucy was fantastic! We were able to have Lucy as our guide for all three days in London. She took us on a walking tour to Westminster, to the Tower of London, and through the British Museum. We actually had three tours through this company in one week- all with Dan as our tour guide. He was witty and extremely informative, as well as patient with our two young kids. My son kept interrupting him and we were very impressed with how he could both pay attention to him and then steer the conversation back to the tour. We actually asked to modify this walking tour to include a visit inside Westminster Abbey and the tour company got back to me right away to make the adjustments. They were very kind and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this company and Dan!
We brought our three kids (13, 10 and 7) to London and signed up for this and another tour. Denisa from Pinocchio Tours was our guide for both and she was fantastic. She did a great job engaging all kids across a large age spread (big difference between 13 and 7!) while also making the tours interesting for the adults. Highly recommended.
This was by far the best tour we have ever done. With 3 young grandchildren, tours can be hectic. Denisa is the best guide EVER. So knowledgeable and kept young and old entertained. She should teach a class on how to give a tour. BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!
