Best transfer from Lombok
The Operator always confirmed the reservation and pickup time in advance and the day before. On the same day, Gus was our driver and also acted as a guide during the trip to the hotel. It was the best transfer we've ever had in Indonesia, 5 stars for driving, friendliness, and tourist information, and not forgetting punctuality. I definitely recommend this transfer in Lombok.

Excellent communication...
Excellent communication prior to arrival and driver waiting with a sign and our name. Car was already cooled. Very safe driver. Highly recommend. Makes it easy to avoid the multitude of taxi drivers trying to snag you for a ride.
