We nodigen u uit om binnen te stappen in ons unieke boetiekproject en te ontdekken wat er “Beyond the Ashes” ligt – een bezoek dat u meeneemt naar de ziel van onze wijnmakerij. Deze ervaring gaat veel verder dan een conventionele tour; het is een reis door de tijd in een exclusieve setting, die een diep inzicht biedt in onze filosofie en vulkanische identiteit. Elke hoek van de wijnmakerij heeft een verhaal te vertellen. Geleid door een proeverij van vier kenmerkende wijnen, ontdekt u, in elke noot en nuance, de geschiedenis, toewijding en het vulkanische karakter van het land en de mensen die het bewerken. De wijnproeverij gaat gepaard met een lichte snack pairing geserveerd bij elke wijn. “Beyond the Ashes” is een eerbetoon aan onze roots en een knipoog naar de iconische wijn “Cenizas de Timanfaya” uit 1999, die een mijlpaal betekende op de Canarische Eilanden – net zoals de vulkanische as die de bodem heeft gevormd vandaag de dag nog steeds het karakter van onze wijnen bepaalt.

Uw reis begint met een warm welkom in onze boutique wijnmakerij. Ontdek het ongelooflijke geologische geheim van ons landgoed : de wijnmakerij is direct gebouwd over een echte, zichtbare lavaader. Leer hoe de dramatische Timanfaya-uitbarstingen dit unieke landschap creëerden en de basis vormden voor onze wijngaarden. Volg uw Gids door de intieme ruimtes van onze wijnmakerij. Je leert over de extreme wijnbouw van de Canarische Eilanden, ontdekt hoe onze wijnstokken gedijen in de vulkanische as en hoe we traditie en innovatie in balans brengen om de ware kracht van de bodem te winnen. Sluit uw bezoek af in ons prachtige proefgebied. Onder leiding van onze wijn Expert, geniet u van een zintuiglijke proeverij van 4 signature wijnen. In elk glas ontdek je de aroma's, texturen en nuances van het vulkanische terroir. Om het smaakprofiel van elke wijnoogst te versterken, wordt uw wijnvlucht vergezeld door een samengestelde selectie van lichte zoete en hartige bites, perfect ontworpen om de unieke mineraliteit van de wijnen in balans te brengen

We are a small group of friends who wanted to have a winery experience whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. We were not disappointed. It is an amazing tour and Alberto was an amazing host. The location is quite remote so recommend you give your taxi driver the coordinates rather than the address as it was quite difficult to find. I would also recommend that some signage be erected along the main road so it's easy to find. But it was a great afternoon and very interesting. Thank you to Alberto for taking the time to show us around his wonderful winery.

Great setting, lovely, lovingly designed bodega, super nice winemaker and guide and the best: very good to excellent wines for tasting with perfectly matching accompanying snacks. Visiting this family-run winery was easily one of the most memorable parts of our time in Lanzarote. There is something so unique about the volcanic landscape there, but what really made the experience stand out was the genuine warmth of the family. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than just another tour group. The tour itself was perfectly paced—very relaxed and insightful without ever feeling like a lecture. It was fascinating to see how they work with the land, and you can tell there is a lot of pride and history in what they do. The tasting was the highlight, of course; the wines were excellent, and enjoyed in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. If you're looking for an experience that feels authentic, personal, and away from the typical tourist crowds, I can't recommend this enough. It was an effortless, lovely way to spend a few hours soaking up the local culture and some fantastic wine.
