De totale duur van de tour is inclusief transfers. Als u de pick-up wilt vermijden, kunt u zelf naar het laatste punt gaan (Restaurante El Campo in Yaiza - om 09:30u) , maar als de bus vol is, mag u niet naast uw partner zitten. Houd er rekening mee dat de totale duur van de tour afhankelijk is van uw opstapplaats : als u een van de eersten bent die wordt opgehaald, bent u meer tijd in de bus. Dit heeft geen invloed in tijden van bezoeken, die hier duidelijk bij product worden aangegeven. LET OP : er wordt niet opgehaald in Arrecife Harbour. Het dichtstbijzijnde punt is in Recinto Ferial de Arrecife.

Great experience with kids, not too long. Guide and driver were lovely very informative. Would recommend!!
In the opinion of many people, it has been very expensive for the short amount of time spent at the volcano, and read everything carefully because the camel ride is not included in the price; what is included is seeing how they are there, if you want to ride it has an additional cost of €11 per person.
I recommend it to you, you have a great time, the guys are very attentive and responsible, the girl makes you delicious drinks. Beautiful view of the beaches.
It was very educational with interesting history around it. Who would of known lanzarote and fuertventura were 1 island before they split. We did the camel tour which was an experience especially for the kids.
It is a must-do on the island! We are very happy to have had a French-speaking guide!

An exceptional and must-see site in Lanzarote! 🌋 Breathtaking volcanic landscapes, a very well-organized visit, and a unique experience. It is a feast for the eyes from start to finish. Not to be missed!
Really very expensive for a bus tour!! It is long and even if the site is worth seeing the price is excessive
A great experience in the park, with 2-3 stops. Cafes along the way and a great guide. Pick up and drop off from Yaiza is easy and quick!!
We are extremely disappointed with this excursion, mainly due to the behavior of the guide, Julia, who clearly ruined our experience from start to finish. To begin with, the meeting point communicated via SMS was not the correct one. We had been at the indicated location for about ten minutes when Julia called us. Instead of trying to understand the situation, she immediately spoke to us in an aggressive tone, blaming us for being "very late." In reality, it was the bus that was not at the location that had been communicated to us. A minimum of courtesy, listening, and professionalism would have been appreciated. A few minutes later, we inadvertently swapped our seats on the bus. A mistake without any consequences, which could have been resolved in a few seconds with a simple smile. Instead, we were reprimanded in a harsh and unkind manner. The most regrettable part is that Julia remained cold, unpleasant, and clearly annoyed with us for the rest of the excursion. Her attitude made us very uncomfortable and completely ruined the enjoyment of this outing. When working in tourism, hospitality and kindness should be a priority. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Regarding the tour, it is very disappointing. The excursion is advertised for a duration of 5 hours, but only about 1 hour is actually spent at the Timanfaya site. The rest of the time is dedicated to transportation. The automated comments broadcasted on the bus are uninteresting and do not provide any real added value. In the end, this excursion essentially amounts to paying for a skip-the-line ticket. Given the price, the value for money is very poor. We leave with the feeling of having paid a lot for a rushed visit, and especially with the memory of a guide whose behavior was inappropriate, unpleasant, and completely out of sync with what one should expect from a tourist service. It is all the more unfortunate that this completely tarnished a visit we were looking forward to. We absolutely do not recommend this excursion.
