Spectacular views of the mountains, wonderful activities and an overall great time. If you do the buggies if you only want double occupancy(a pair/couple that is an extra charge.) Otherwise everything was great.

We had an amazing time at La Hacienda Park! We did every activity, and everything was just as described on the website. My favorite activities were the zip lining and horseback riding. A great bonus is that lockers are free, which was very convenient. The food was delicious, but keep in mind that drinks are not included and must be purchased separately. To make the most of your visit, I recommend bringing: * Water * Face mask or goggles for the buggies * Extra clothes if you don’t want to stay wet * Water shoes * Bathing suit * Cash for tips Overall, it was a fun-filled day and well worth it. Come prepared and get ready to have a great time!

The overall park experience. I would give 7/10. We was not pick up at our location reason I was told I didn't confirm pick up location and we was staying at an Airbnb outside the pick up location 24hour before the tour by email/ viator app .it was our first time in the Dominican Republic .all women on a girls trip and my phone only work when connected to wifi .so I was expecting a WhatsApp message or communication tru WhatsApp like all the other activities that we booked did. Then was told by the tour operator we needed to take a taxi .was told by the help center we was going to get pick up went to the location never got pick up .had to take a taxi for usd $70 .arrived at the park didn't get to do the safari because we arrived late from not getting pick up .the park activities was great. We left the park again it was not communicated that we had to take a taxi back to our Airbnb we was just left at a gas station with no explanation whatsoever. We ended up calling our driver to pick up us. If it was communicated that we needed to be at a specific location to be pick up and all necessary information was giving it would have been a better experience

However, we must respectfully clarify several important points regarding the transportation. At the time of booking, and also in the Viator/App confirmation email, guests are informed that pickup must be reconfirmed at least 24 hours prior to the activity and that some Airbnb properties may be outside the regular pickup route. In those cases, we provide a nearby meeting point. You contacted us at approximately 10:00 PM the night before a 9:00 AM tour, which is less than 10 hours before the excursion. By that time, the park’s transportation operation was already closed and buses had finalized their routes and passenger lists. As soon as we received your message, we replied by email explaining that your accommodation was outside the pickup area and provided instructions, but unfortunately it was already too late to schedule a pickup. Regarding WhatsApp communication, if a device is not connected to internet service (Wi-Fi or data), messages cannot be delivered through any platform — email or WhatsApp — which is why the reconfirmation step from the guest side is required in advance. Had we been contacted within the requested timeframe, we would have gladly provided the closest meeting point, which is only a few minutes from your Airbnb, and the transportation would have been arranged without any issue. We’re happy to know you still enjoyed the park activities, and we truly regret the inconvenience experienced due to the late reconfirmation. Our intention is always to assist and ensure every guest has a seamless experience, and clear communication within the indicated timeframe is essential for shared transportation services. We appreciate your visit and wish you all the best in your future travels.
This excursion was so worth it, it was by far our favorite. Everyone was so nice and the zip line views are stunning ! We have traveled to a lot of places and done the zip line rides in mexico and Jamaica, but this one in DR was breathtaking honestly, definitely book you won’t regret it :)

My guide never left any one alone and because i was alone i got a little more attention which made the moment so much more rememberable

This was the most amazing excursion that I've been on in a long time. My husband & I brought our daughter for her 12th birthday. She loved everything about it. Our tour guide Solè(not sure correct spelling, but pronounced Soul) she absolutely the BEST, if you get a chance to go, ask for her. All of the activities were so much fun, & well worth the money. I would definitely do this again & 10/10 recommend

This is a long, fun-filled, family day at an unbeatable price. Traveled as a family of four with two teenagers. We stayed at the Royalton Punta Cana, and the ride to the park was about 1 hour 15 minutes. Our host was incredible. We were the only family in the group that didn’t speak Spanish, and he was great about pulling us aside to give instructions over in English. The day starts with the dirt buggy - STRONGLY recommend wearing swim attire. There are lockers onsite which is nice. Zipline trails were awesome. Horseback riding was just ok for me, but my family loved it. We all could’ve done without the “safari” ride. Overall, my family had an amazing time and we would definitely recommend.

very good adventure park .Everything is very well organized from start to finish .The staff took good care of us .The animals are very well treated .Our favorite activity was the Buggy with swimming in the river .We enjoyed having free lockers at our disisosition;The food ,a Dominican buffet is okay.
