Kleine groepen : Max 6 personen per klas - perfect en gastvrij voor individuele reizigers! 3 populaire Sweets : Leer tips en technieken om 3 verschillende soorten Japanse desserts (wagashi) te maken die je misschien herkent van je favoriete manga of anime. Take Home Recepten : Ontvang volledige recepten om deze prachtige traktaties voor je vrienden en familie thuis na te maken. Dieetvriendelijk : Vegetarische en veganistische opties zijn beschikbaar op voorafgaand verzoek. We hebben "Seizoensgebonden snoep klasse" en "Matcha snoep klasse". Kies er alsjeblieft één, en we maken allemaal dezelfde snoepjes in de klas. Opmerking : "Matcha Sweets Class" is geschikt voor volwassenen, omdat Matcha een hoog cafeïnegehalte bevat. Opmerking voor privéboeking: voor een privégroep van meer dan 5 personen boekt u gewoon een standaard groepsles en stuurt u ons een bericht om een privésessie aan te vragen. Miho san was a great guide! Apparently I was the only one that booked today so we spoke in Japanese (as I'm practicing my Japanese on this trip) and it was great! I had a lot of fun and enjoyed making the sweets and also seeing the techniques used to make them and the little nuances you don't really find on online recipes. The sweets were also so tasty, I could eat them every day and I'll keep loving them. I recommend this experience to anyone who likes japanese sweets and also to anyone who would like to learn how to make them.

Best mochi class. Our family had an amazing experience. The selection of mochi we made was incredible. Definitely a must do while in Kyoto.

This was a wonderful fun family activity! We were a bit late and our hostess was kind enough to still let us participate. She had us sit and relax with cold water after we have been running and stressed about making it!

We were running late and she took the whole family in to do the class. She didn’t rush even though we ran late getting to the class. The process was fun and easy. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a different favorite dessert.

We had a wonderful time cooking with Mihoko. My daughter is 10 and Mihoko was very patient and kind with her. The food we made was delicious and we were able to eat it in her lovely house.
