Waar deze tour over gaat: Dit is een dagexcursie vanuit Udaipur naar de bergen van het Aravalli-gebergte om het indrukwekkende Kumbhalgarh-fort en de Ranakpur-tempels te zien. Dingen die we zullen zien: Kumbhalgarh: gebouwd op een heuveltop met een hoogte van 1100 meter, heeft het fort Kumbhalgarh omtreksmuren die 36 kilometer lang zijn en waarvan wordt beweerd dat het de langste ter wereld is na de Chinese muur. De voormuren zijn vijftien voet dik. Kumbhalgarh heeft zeven versterkte poorten. Meer dan 360 tempels zijn binnen het fort, 300 oude Jain en de rest Hindu. Het uitzicht vanaf de bovenkant van het paleis strekt zich meestal uit over tientallen kilometers in het Aravalli-gebergte. Ranakpur: Ranakpur herbergt een verzameling Jain-tempels die niet te evenaren zijn in hun schoonheid. De tempel in Ranakpur is gewijd aan Adinatha, de eerste Jain Tirthankara (spirituele leider) die de cyclus van wedergeboorte heeft overwonnen en verlichting heeft bereikt.
