Geniet van een buitengewoon avontuur door de tijd en door de magische filmwereld, ontworpen door Grévin. Bereid je de komende 1 uur en 30 minuten voor om door een van de meest verrassende artiesten van de 20e eeuw te worden verplaatst door de sets van zijn grootste films in deze studio in Hollywood-stijl.
Deze UNESCO-site is uniek met wijngaarden op terrassen. Maak een foto van het land van de 3 zonnen in dit memorabele land.
Ervaar het kasteel van Chillon en bezoek dit historische monument voor ongeveer een uur. Chateau de Chillon heeft een prachtige locatie op een klein eiland in het uiterste westelijke uiteinde van het Meer van Genève tussen Montreux en Villeneuve. Dit romantische kasteel was lang van strategisch belang voor het beheersen van de handel in de regio rond het Meer van Genève. De kerkers inspireerden de geschriften van Lord Byron.
Voel de sfeer van Montreux in een vrije tijd - een glamoureus toeristenoord - waar u ongeveer 1 uur en 30 minuten zult doorbrengen om te genieten van een smakelijke lunch (op eigen kosten). Voel de sfeer van alle grote artiesten die deze plek hebben bezocht, zoals Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, BB King, Ray Charles en nog veel meer. Het embleem van de stad is het standbeeld van Freddy Mercury die ooit zei: "Als u gemoedsrust wilt, moet u naar Montreux komen." Deze kunstenaar, die enkele jaren in Montreux woonde, nam zijn laatste album op met de groep Queen, "Made in Heaven", in de Mountain Studio, die zich in het casino bevindt. Je krijgt de kans om de oude opnamestudio van Queen te bezoeken en tijd te dwalen door de straten vol chique winkels en bezienswaardigheden van het beroemde jazzfestival.

David was a great host and very accommodating. He was flexible with the itinerary and had insight into each museum. We got to spend a bit of extra time at Chaplin’s World and at Chillon which made the visits more relaxed. Both were great to see. We did have trouble with the meeting location in Lausanne and were afraid we would miss the bus. The address given did not make sense as it wanted us to go down a hill basically through traffic. A photo of the meeting spot would have been very helpful. We deduced the correct spot but feared it was wrong.

Worth the money and the time. You will get to see many places and learn about them. The small bus was very comfortable and Norman, the guide, was excellent.

A very friendly and personable tour guide. He was Knowledgeable and willing to share history of the places we visited. Beautiful sights, including Chaplins world and a medieval Chateau, a visit to the town of Vevey and the beautiful Montreux. Enough time at each location to wander around and explore on our own. The beauty of Lec Lehman and the surrounding mountains is indescribable in words.

Guide (David) and driver (sorry not remembering his name), were very professional and also down to earth. Everything ran smoothly even when there were issues no one could control, like road closure. Very good communication about drop off and pick up points, as well as location of toilets, cafés, etc. Great way to see several beautiful sites in one day. I’m traveling for work so I was solo, but still had a good time with other people on the tour. If I have time, I will definitely schedule another experience this group.

Excellent tour with very interesting guide (Ivars/Roger). The minibus was panoramic and we could appreciate the nice view on the mountains, Leman lake and every area we went.
