Paul was outstanding. Met us promptly and was extremely professional and friendly. He replied graciously to each request we had and even recommended a great restaurant to dine at. We spent from 5:30 AM until 10 PM going hundreds of miles and Paul was great! Driving was safe and he was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Overall it was nice, traveling by car does take longer then expected but overall is was good. We arrived late due to traffic, so we felt a bit rushed being on holiday. I would recommend you do this independently on your own. Having a personal driver was nice but as experienced travelers I would have just hired a car next time.

In planning our trip to Warsaw, we checked with Vip Service about the options for a full-day excursion to Auschwitz (Auschwitz). I would like to note at the outset that the contact with the firm was at the highest level. Each time they responded within one working day and immediately presented all possible options for the tour. After paying the deposit, at the time of our choice, the driver Jakub (Jakub) picked us up from the hotel. The company runs tours in Mercedes-Benz brand cars, was clean in the cabin and very comfortable while driving. The trip to our destination was perfect, and we felt completely safe under Jakub's tutelage. The tour of the concentration camp was with an English-speaking guide (they did not take a Russian-speaking guide just because there were other nationalities in the group). In Kraków we were also met by an excellent guide, she exceeded our expectations. We strolled through the picturesque old town, the tour guide answered all our questions about history, this man really does what he loves and knows all about Krakow. After a whole day, we got to Warsaw around 11, our hotel. I recommend this all-day tour for those who come to Poland for a short time and want to see country scenery, also cover places where there are traces of World War II and of course visit medieval cities. The ease of organizing the tour was from the very first letter until the moment of returning to the hotel after the tour. Highly recommended!!!

Incredible tour One day Tour to Krakow and Auschwitz was very well organized. We were collected on time from our hotel and our driver Arek was friendly and pleasant during our journey from Warsaw to Cracow. On arrival in Auschwitz, we were passed over to a tour guide who spoke excellent English and fully explained everything about the camp. Our next stop was Cracow and beautiful Old Square. Our guide Ania told us about the city in a very interesting way with a lot of curious historical details. We're very lucky as we had an amazing sunny day. At the end of the visit, our driver drove us to the restaurant where we could eat delicious Polish dishes. I would recommend everyone to visit Krakow with the well organized VIP Service.

I have to say that contact with Ewelina and Magda was more than professional. Great tour to Cracow with knowledgeable guide Ania. Visiting salt mine was breathtaking and fabulous. I've to say it's a "must-see" if you have time to visit! Our driver Irek was very professional, drove safe and had a very comfortable vehicle. He took great care of us during the drive. It was very handy to have access to the internet onboard as we had to book a restaurant for this evening. I will definately travel with VIP Service again.
