Tijdens de kookcursus heb je de keuze om een hoofdgerecht te maken van tajine, couscous of pastilla en als je klaar bent, eet je je creaties op met de rest van je groep. De lessen zijn beschikbaar in verschillende talen, waaronder Arabisch, Frans, Engels en Spaans. Wil je dit gerecht voor vrienden en familie kunnen maken als je weer thuiskomt? The cooking class was a great experience that I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting to cook and taste authentic Moroccan cuisine. We walked to the local market stalls and bought fresh fruit and vegetables which we'd use alongside meat already bought by our host. The kitchen and food preparation area we used was very clean and hygienic. We were walked through the preparation of four main Moroccan meals and two side dishes by very knowledgeable local chefs. The outcome was incredible and I enjoyed every bite of the meals we'd made. You also get the recipes sent via WhatsApp on completion of the class so that you can recreate those delicious dishes.
This was a lovely day, great food, great company and a great time. Well worth the money just a lovely time. A must do in Marrakech.
Wonderful experience . Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked at a pace that wasn't rushed. Fabulous venue. Food we produced was excellent, tasty and of a good variety. Vegetarians were catered for by adapting recipes.
This was the most amazing experience. It was about appreciating the people, the culture, the environment. Each leg of the joyurney was something different, exposing you to a new challenge or new way of thinking.

My favorite way to get to know a city… through cooking! It gives you confidence to be accompanied by a local guide who knows how to navigate the markets.
An experience outside the tourist circuits, discovery of the popular neighborhoods of the medina, real local cuisine. A great adventure, which I really recommend.

I went on a tour withour sweet guy Mehdiii that took us to try local Moroccan food introducing us to the rich flavors and cultural heritage of Morocco like harira and msemen and traditional Moroccan cakes. I highly recommend for anyone looking to have a memorable and delicious adventure in Morocco
