Eerst ontmoeten we een station van de JR-lijn. Als je eenmaal het station verlaat, is wat deze tour fantastisch en interessant maakt het aantal plaatsen waar je naartoe kunt reizen. De stad Kobe staat bijvoorbeeld bekend om de havenstad in Japan, waar veel import en handel plaatsvond, en veel internationale mensen hebben hier hun eigen cultuur opgebouwd. Aan de andere kant, als je over de Rokko-berg gaat, vind je de nostalgische Arima onsen-stad, waardoor je je ontspannen en diep in de Japanse tradities voelt. Maar geen zorgen over het zelf beheren van alles! Wij zijn hier om u rond te leiden en de meeste van hen te introduceren.

Kobe Port Tower is een opvallende rode tralietoren gelegen in het Meriken Park-waterkantgebied van Kobe, Japan. De toren staat op een hoogte van 108 meter (354 voet) en biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de stad en het omliggende landschap, inclusief de haven van Kobe en het majestueuze Rokko-gebergte.
Kobe Nankin-machi is een levendige en bruisende Chinatown in het hart van Kobe, Japan. Nankin-machi beslaat verschillende blokken in de buurt van station Motomachi en is een populaire bestemming voor zowel de lokale bevolking als toeristen die zich willen onderdompelen in de Chinese cultuur en keuken.
Ikuta-schrijn is een historisch Shinto-heiligdom, gesticht in de 3e eeuw, het is een van de oudste heiligdommen van het land en heeft een grote culturele en religieuze betekenis.
Arima Onsen is een gerenommeerd warmwaterbronstadje in het bergachtige gebied van Kobe, Japan. Met een geschiedenis die meer dan duizend jaar teruggaat, is Arima Onsen een van de oudste en beroemdste warmwaterbronnen in Japan, en trekt bezoekers aan die op zoek zijn naar ontspanning, verjonging en helende eigenschappen van het natuurlijke thermale water.

Walking tour at my pace. Guide was accommodating to needs/wants. Tour gave a different perspective of Kobe and Arami area. Built a friendship.
There were a few unexpected situations during the tour, such as one of the landmark buildings being under renovation and the foot bath being closed, so we are very happy to hear that you still enjoyed the experience. Nice walking day tour for sure! Day started meeting Yuta on time at the predetermined location. Turns out the other attendees cancelled, so I had a personal tour. We walked and talked and saw the sights indicated on the itinerary. Yuta was very knowledgeable about the area, sights, and food! For English speakers, Yuta spoke English very well and was easy to understand. If you don't like crowds, the 9:00 tour is perfect, hit one of the same spot later in the day alone, and it was packed! Looking forward to catching him again in Osaka!

The Harbourside walk, Chinese Garden, prevous foreign settlement, shrine, observation tower. It was changed to an afternoon tour and it was too late and dark to go to Arima onset. Yuta was kind to change the itinerary to cater to my interest.
We went to many locations including port tower, china stree in the middle of the city, and even Onsen town. The guide was so flexible and patient to our requests. You won't regret it!
Chinatown, and Arima Onsen town (quaint and walkable!) but way up towards the mountain. Good eating in Chinatown, and good shopping in the area around Chinatown. Free public hot foot bath in Arima...worth the walk!
