Het Khantoke-diner en de culturele show in het oude culturele centrum van Chiang Mai zijn gebaseerd op de traditionele Thaise diner- en dansshow. Voor het Khantoke-diner zitten de gasten op bamboematten op de vloer en krijgen ze een scala aan Noord-Thaise gerechten geserveerd. Terwijl je zit en eet, wordt een verscheidenheid aan traditionele Thaise dansen op het podium getoond, waaronder zwaarddansen en een populaire drumuitvoering. Gedurende de show wordt je eten bijgevuld en is er ook een optie om bier, frisdrank of whisky te bestellen. De belangrijkste eetzaal van het gebouw heeft een aantal kraampjes waar handwerk van bergstammen wordt verkocht, evenals een tentoonstelling van traditioneel Thais huisontwerp. • Proef een huisgemaakt Khantoke-diner met kleine smakelijke gerechten zoals curry, varkensgehakt en gebakken pompoen. • Wees getuige van aloude dans- en muziekuitvoeringen van lokale bergstammen. • Breng een culturele avond door met het ervaren van een traditie die zijn oorsprong vindt in Chiang Mai

I did not see when bought tickets, a choice between western seating and Lanna (sitting on floor), and on the floor you had to balance your plate on your lap, And I was wearing a dress. We are 65/73 years old, and had to ask to move to a table, there should be more clear info on this when you order the tickets! Some of the food was very good, and some not. Example, we have had "sticky rice" numerous times here in thailand, and at this dinner thickness was like glue, no taste, and difficult to eat. Numerous dances in the show, but mostly so similiar it got boring.

The show was very good and provided cultural dances and music. We sat on the floor with pillows and not offered a choice of seats. Food was good but observed others eating different food. We were not offered a choice. Service was very good. Enjoyed the show and recommend.
