Ophalingen voor de tour beginnen in Miami, met de uiteindelijke ophaallocatie in Downtown Miami. Zodra alle gasten aan boord zijn, beginnen we met ons directe transport naar Key West. De reis duurt meestal 4 uur, afhankelijk van de verkeersomstandigheden.
Na een schilderachtige rit van 4 uur van Miami naar Key West, hebben reizigers ongeveer 6 uur de tijd om dit charmante eiland in hun eigen tempo te verkennen. Key West is rijk aan geschiedenis, prachtige stranden en spannende activiteiten. Bij aankomst biedt onze gids optionele excursies aan die direct in de bus geboekt kunnen worden, of reizigers kunnen ervoor kiezen om zelfstandig te verkennen. Of u nu historische bezienswaardigheden bezoekt, geniet van de lokale keuken of gewoon ontspannen aan het water, er is voor elk wat wils. Na het 6 uur durende verblijf stappen we in de bus voor een comfortabele terugkeer naar Miami.
Na zes uur vrije tijd in Key West beginnen we aan onze terugreis naar Miami, die ongeveer 4 uur duurt. Afzetten zal zijn op dezelfde locaties waar passagiers werden opgehaald.

The bus never showed up. There ahead of time and ready to go. We waited until 7:30 and never saw any busses other than city and school busses. Quite a disappointment. Called to see what happened and c.s. couldn't reach the bus driver, busy signal twice when he called. He asked if I wanted a refund and after all that I have to wait 24 hours for them to investigate. Not sure what happened but we were there waiting for almost an hour. Now what should we do?
The bus and bathrooms are very basic. I would say equal to traveling on a ADL bus in Mexico. The local travel agency was unresponsive and I had to call many times and also reach out to Viator get final details of pick up and drop off. The only reason that I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 is because the driver of the double decker tried to be accommodating and helpful. We also enjoyed stopping is Islamorada for a snack and to look around. Overall not something I’d ever do again or recommend to anyone else.
We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do need to clarify a few things. Our office was closed during the time you were calling, which is why your confirmation email clearly included the dispatcher’s direct phone number for after-hours assistance with pickup and drop-off information. Unfortunately, many of the issues mentioned could have been avoided by carefully reading the full instructions provided before the tour. We’re glad the driver did his best to accommodate you and that you enjoyed the stop in Islamorada, but we respectfully disagree with the claim that support was unavailable when the proper contact information was provided in advance.
The driver and the trip were both remarkable. It was a long day but well worth it. Our driver, Diace, was outstanding. We stopped at a McDonalds on the way down. The seven mile bridge was awesome. The whole day was exhausting, yet outstanding. Well worth it.

Excursion to be carried out absolutely. 170 miles from Miami, it's really worth it, the four-hour drive is not charged. Once in Key West you can admire the Caribbean type beach and beautiful ocean. I recommend visiting the village, buying souvenirs and wandering the quiet streets of the village. Super recommended

Got picked up in North Beach at 6am and made it to Key West at 11:30am. Got to see Betsy the lobster in Islamorada along the way!

Wat een ervaring! Key West is inderdaad groter dan je zou denken. Jammer van de gids en de chauffeur… zulke houding kan de reis een beetje verpesten. Hopelijk was de rest het wel waard!
